Yes to both. Parking was conveniently located & safe and it was easy to short term park right out front for drop off and pick up. Staff friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast choices were very extensive. Lobby comfortable, well appointed and very welcoming.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but the room was, quite frankly, pretty gross. There were stains on the bedspread, curtains, upholstered chairs, and even the lampshades. The hallway and lobby smelled fine, but the room itself had a musty odor that, unfortunately, I never went nose-blind to. The window didn’t have a screen, so airing the place out wasn’t really an option—unless I wanted to invite a bunch of bugs in for a sleepover. The door's deadbolt lock did not work and there was a secondary lock that did not have both parts that it needed to function. I was staying in a group of young women and all of us were unnerved by this. I visited a friend staying down the hall, and their room wasn’t much better. Their AC unit looked like it was about to fall out of the wall, and it had car air fresheners jammed into it to help with the smell (which, to be fair, wasn’t as bad as mine). In addition, there was an outlet cover that was falling off and had not been fixed. The headboard of a bed looked like it was the product of a DIY project gone wrong. I was only there for a night, and technically, the room served its purpose; but next time, I’d rather drive all the way to Tilton than stay that close Plymouth again, the drive would have been worth it.

The bathroom needed attention. Fix towel bar PROPERLY. Properly patch ceiling in bathroom remove rust from towel rack Remove dead bugs from light fixture. Place lacks attention to low-cost fixes. Breakfast was decent.

Barely adequate…

Hotel is run down and it wasn’t even apparent that it was open when we pulled up. Exterior is poorly maintained. Inside is dated and dingy. Walls and ceilings have holes and cracks, windows have wooden dowel/bars. Paint looks to be half a coat thick and or cheapest quality. The room is adequate barely. If it was any worse we wouldn’t feel safe or comfortable. The quality of the facility and service should be no more than $50 a night.

The bed was comfortable but the room definitely needs work. The building definitely needs updating. Bathroom fixtures were terrible and the outside was a mess.
