Everything was perfect til we went to take a hot tub after getting in we noticed no towels!! A lady wanted some for her kids so she said she would get us some she told front desk attendant she went and told laundry a guy came and got the dirty towels and never brought any towels !! My husband went twice to inquire the same attendant went to laundry - no towels!! Finally my husband went for the 4th time this time he tookv2 towels for us and 2 towels for the other 2 guests that were in hot tub. When I walked by front desk I said we got some towels - she laughed I said it’s not funny it’s ridiculous - ruined our stay!!

I was looking for a hotel that wasn’t too pricey and had great reviews. Found a great hotel at a good price. Room was clean and smelt clean. Breakfast was great! Staff were very nice and helpful. We’ll definitely plan to stay again at this one in Pocatello, ID.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We would stay there again. There was plenty of parking. If you ate at Applebees and let them know you were staying at one of the hotels you got 10% off. I wish the pool was 24 hours like some of the other hotels close by.

Clean, sound proof room. The standard hotel breakfast but it was plentiful. Easy check in and friendly staff. Downside, only clean your room every 3days?
