Situated in the beautiful, rolling countryside outside Pollença, nearly equidistant from the Port de Pollença and Alcúdia, the enchanting country villa Finca La Pleta sits on a stunning plot of land with a luxurious pool and a spacious patio. The holiday villa combines rustic stone and wooden architecture to create a truly charming atmosphere and consists of a light-flooded living/dining room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. One of the bathrooms has been renovated and has a disabled accessible shower in addition to the bathtub.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. The highlight of the property is the enormous garden with romantic fountains and lush vegetation as well as the large pool area. On warm afternoons, visitors are invited to refresh themselves in the water and relax in the sun loungers of the surrounding stone terrace. In the colorful evenings, the generous, covered patio offers the perfect place for enjoying fresh meals and admiring the stunning view from the property: the rolling green landscape and the mountains in the distance. Furthermore, a ping pong table ensures entertainment for guests of all ages. A large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes is in the centre of Pollença, about 12 minutes away by car or 5 km. To hear the sound of waves rolling on to the shore, visitors only need to drive 16 minutes (about 7km) to the main beach of Port de Pollença. Here guests can relax on the white sands and admire the turquoise waters of the sea.
