Worst ever

I have delayed this review to allow myself time to calm down. This villa was booked for a family celebration of my daughters 40th. My party included a disabled sister and an autistic grandson. I will only mention the worst aspects of this property as I don’t want to appear hysterical. Property is unsafe. My son in law received an electric shock when using an appliance. Every time we used cooker and dishwasher the electrics tripped. Sockets hanging off the wall , WiFi unreliable,alarm went off at 11pm with no info on how to stop it. Bedroom doors would not close. Shower room door got stuck with my grandson inside. Only one shower mat which was covered in black mould and could not be used. Dishwasher ineffective. Had to wash by hand. We had to buy pool towels as the ones offered were threadbare, smelly and crusty. This could equally be applied to most of the linens. Beds so uncomfortable that we woke up every morning with back and neck pain. The whole place is shabby and rundown. I will stop there even though there were other complaints. I raised all of this with Vrbo who completely ignored my issues and simply sent my email to the owner. I feel aggrieved as I booked through Vrbo and feel they should accept some responsibility.PS. Found the only smoke alarm in a drawer.

Familiengerechtes Haus

Die Lage war ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen mit viel Platz sowohl innen wie außen. Der kulturhistorisch interessante Ort sowohl Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kinder haben mit Tischtennisplatte und Pool gute Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Nur die Betten/Matratzen sind etwas unbequem. Ansonsten für einen entspannten Urlaub mit vielfältigem kulturellen Angebot sehr zu empfehlen.
