The villa Gotmar Beach is a modern villa in the Port of Pollença within walking distance to the beach, yet located in a quiet residential area called Gotmar. It is the perfect luxury retreat for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, and 4 en suite bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. As part of the master suite, there is an extra room with a sofa bed. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, air conditioning (hot and cold), and a laundry room with a washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.



This villa features a large private infinity pool, Mediterranean gardens, a lovely covered terrace with soft seating, and a spacious balcony shared by all upper bedrooms.
