Villa "Les Estades" is a spacious and beautifully furnished villa that mixes both traditional and modern, located in 7,000 m2 of private grounds in lush, quiet countryside 25 minutes walk from Puerto Pollensa. The villa features multiple exterior living spaces, a spacious living room and dining room, well equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. There is wifi throughout the house and terraces, a 42 inch TV, iPad, DVD Player, PS4 with games, Bluetooth speaker, Table tennis, Lego and boardgames. Outdoors there are multiple places for relaxing; under the shaded dining and lounging terraces, by the pool, by the shaded BBQ area. The pool has Roman steps and measures 4x8m.

Great break

Had a great summer break in Mallorca. The villa is situated between Pollensa and Port De Pollensa, which meant being able to get to both easily by car. Was a lovely and quiet location. Would recommend.

A fantastic find!

We so wish we had found this villa before. We always stay in and around Puerto de Pollenca but this villa was a gem. Homely as soon as we walked in. Mosquitos were out to get us unusally in vast numbers this year (all over Mallorca) so it was handy that there was so much to do (including a brain teasing puzzle!) and an amazing tv with ps4 play station and games as well as lego for a couple of evenings. During the day we loved the pool with plenty of inflatables. Thats when we werent on the beach with, joy of joys, not one but 2 parasols to plant in the sand (so used to having to buy a cheap one each year to give away). Even clingfilm for our picnics and enough bin bags for every day of the week. All little things but so appreciated after having to buy them all before. Plenty of crockery and excellent dishes etc. and the beautiful outside area by the pool. Bedroom air con was a god send too. The hosts were so quick to communicate when we reached out and recommended a fabulous traditional Mallorcan restaurant for our last night (you will have to come stay to find out where!). I will miss my quiet pool dip while the teens were lounging indoors, soaking in the mountain views framed by flowers and an orchard. We found our perfect slice of Mallorcan living and hope to be back!

An Incredible Home Base

This property was just amazing. We made fresh lemonade every day from the lemon trees on the property, visited the pigs next door, and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful property and swimming pool. They have everything you would ever want or need to feel completely comfortable and at home on your vacation, including a great assortment of plates, utensils, and cookware. The location is great both in terms of it being quick to access Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, and also in terms of being able to explore the island as a whole. Don't miss Formentor Beach!!! I can't recommend this property enough.

Les Estades

We had a wonderful holiday at this lovely, secluded villa. It has lovely gardens with fruit trees and a beautiful pool. It was very well equipped and had all the facilities you could need for a family holiday. My grandchildren absolutely loved it. It was very clean when we arrived and the host was exceptionally helpful. I would definitely recommend this villa, and hope that we get to go there again sometime.

Fantastic villa with wonderful views

Ideal villa for our family of 5. The property is lovely, well equipped and benefits from air conditioned bedrooms. It's set in large private gardens behind secure boundaries and is surrounded by views of the hills around Puerto Pollença . The pool is a great size for the kids and teens, plus there's a large covered area down one side and a beautiful dining area under a pergola at one end, which benefits from a cooling breeze throughout the day. The villa is a 2 mile drive to the beach at Puerto Pollença, set on a quiet road in amongst the citrus groves, very private but with other villas nearby so as not to feel too isolated. The owners were friendly and approachable and very quick to answer questions and provide help. Highly recommended for a family villa holiday. We hope to be back soon!

Fantastic Villa

We stayed for a week with our grown up family. We had fantastic weather so loved the spacious garden and pool. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Would thoroughly recommend it if you are happy to be a little bit outside Puerto Pollensa as we were.

Great location and outdoor space

We had a great time as a family of 5 with young kids, the pool and outside terraces were the most loved. The bedrooms having Air conditioning was a life saver as it gets super hot inside otherwise. The location between pollenca and port pollenca was great so that we could go out for meals at either one in a very short time but be in a lovely quiet calm space. The hosts supplied a very nice few drinks for our arrival. There are nearby supermarkets with all you need but it would have been great for a few more essentials to be made available at the house such as garbage bags, toilet paper (there was some but not enough for more than 3 days), washing detergent, something to help with the mosquitos and a few more cooking essentials such as olive oil. Overall a good stay which we will remember fondly.

Myself, my husband and our 3 year old had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was immaculate with plenty of space. The pool was great and we enjoyed all the different eating/drinking areas available. The view from the balcony was lovely with a drink in the evening. Great Spot, Great Hosts.

Fourth time we have used this Villa, out of about eight or more we have used over the last 10/12 years. Everything is ideal and first class. Good pool and outdoor eating areas, plus seating areas in the Sun at all times of the day. All aspects of the Villa and what you require are ideal. Great Location

Exceptionally Friendly hosts. Villa is in lovely quite area with great road links to all popular tourist destinations. Villa has everything that you are going to need. Check out all the recommendations for local restaurants as some of these are superb. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend.

The perfect family villa!

Beautiful private villa nestled between Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. The villa was spacious, clean and well equipped. The highlight by far was the pool! It was a great size and the kids spent hours in there each day. There were 2 different outdoor shaded areas for eating meals and lots of comfortable pool loungers. My children (aged 9 and 6) enjoyed playing with the lego and games provided. The bathrooms were clean and modern. My family and I had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate in booking this villa again if we come back to the area. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner and his son while we were out. They were so lovely and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay.

fabulous villa

We have just returned from Les Estades 4 adults and 2 small children. The villa is absolutely lovely, the surroundings so peaceful and the pool perfect. Kitchen is well equipped and as our last few days were in high 30's the air conditioning upstairs much appreciated. The villa owners were delightful to deal with and no request too small. I can't recommend this villa highly enough, it was spotlessly clean, the beds are super comfortable (my husband is very fussy about beds and he slept really well) and the host was fantastically helpful. If you know Mallorca then you already know that the location is amazing. I hadn't been before but loved the shops and restaurants in Pollenca, the beach, cafes and shopping in Port de Pollenca, Alcudia old town was beautiful, the beach at Cala San Vicenc, Formentor..... If you're considering this villa, book it now, you will have a fabulous holiday.

Great property, lovely quiet location, but only 5 mins from Pollenca and the Port. The villa has everything, nice swimming pool, table tennis, wifi, a playstation (with Netflix) , fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious with, bathrooms look brand new. Highly recommend

GREAT VILLA!

Having stayed in/around Pollensa for several years, I can genuinely say that this villa was one of the best. Easily accessible 2 minutes off the main road between Pollensa & the Port. Gated driveway, within lovely grounds of fruit trees offering total privacy. A shaded vine outdoor seating area with BBQ leads to the pool area at the rear of the villa, where you will find an amazing open garden room for shaded lounging and dining - plus the kids loved the ping pong table and the washing machine was located here too with a very handy shower & toilet room next door. The villa was extremely clean, comfortable and cosy. Although the rooms aren't huge there was plenty enough room & the kitchen was extremely well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. The bedrooms were spacious, light and airy, with lots of storage / hangers & drawers plus the bathroom/shower rooms were modern and extremely clean. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely book again. The communication from booking was 11/10 with any questions answered quickly. Also, the information about the property itself, the area and the rest of the island was extremely helpful - even though we'd visited so many times before. Thank you Jaume!

Summer break in July 2021

Lovely villa, stunning spot. Peaceful yet easy to reach between Peurto Pollensa and Pollensa. The owners very kindly left some cold drinks and snacks for our arrival which makes so much difference after a long journey. Jaume and his family just couldn’t do enough for us. Would happily return even though we don’t normally stay somewhere more than once. Perfect!

Lovely villa

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Pollensa. It had everything we needed for a relaxing break and was in a beautiful countryside location and yet only 5-10 mins drive from Pollensa and the sea. Fabulous Villa

I had spent along time looking for the right villa for our family holiday. Which included my husband, daughter, son in law and 2 year old granddaughter. This three bedroom villa was the perfect choice and it lived up to all the photographs. No hidden surprises at all. I loved the lay out of the villa, especially upstairs as our granddaughter loved running around the terrace through into the bedrooms. Perfectly safe and the owner put a star gate in at the top of the stairs, also arranged highchair and cot. The pool area we found quite safe as there are wide roman steps down into the pool. There was plenty of rubber equipment there so we all had lots of fun. The day room was great as the weather was not kind to us, so this worked really well. Agustina the owner and her husband came round to see if we were ok and sorted out one of two things but no real problems. Everything was there for the perfect holiday. We stayed in and barbecued a lots too. We will definitely be back, loved the fact too that it was so quiet and rural but within 5 minutes drive you are in Porta Pollenca one way and the very beautiful town of Pollenca the other way.
