Casa Marti is a homely and traditional house located between Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa. It is a 25 minute walk into Puerto Pollensa and a brief cycle ride to the old market town (4km). The cottage is enclosed within a large, private garden which has a swimming pool with roman steps, barbecue and a spacious, sheltered area for outdoor dining and relaxing in the shade. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and air conditioning units. The property also features WIFI internet, television, an iPad, DVD Player, PS4 with games, Bluetooth Speaker, Lego and boardgames.

A little slice of heaven!

What a magical house. Highly recommended! Small but perfectly formed inside, with everything you need to hand (plus plenty of toys, kids’ cutlery and cups etc.). Supremely comfy beds too. Great location - quiet lanes for running / walking around, really easy to access Pollensa beach, supermarkets a few minutes away. The house is set in the most spectacular garden, totally private and with a gorgeous pool. Multiple areas to sit and eat outside, and easy parking.

Lovely stay

Lovely property with lots of outside space and an excellent sized pool. We also loved spending time on the roof terrace in the evenings. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was very good and welcome in such hot August weather. With severe storms arriving, we did have some issues with it disrupting the power supply to the water source on 3 occasions, meaning we were without water for short periods. We communicated with Agustina and she was very quick in arriving to sort the issue. Excellent service!

Tranquil villa in lovely gardens.

We’ve just come back from a lovely week in Casa Marti. The house is spotless and well equipped. We loved the outside seating areas for our evening G&T! The country lanes are ideal for cycling and we hired e-bikes for a few days to explore. During our stay the hairdryer exploded I messaged Jaume and within a couple of our his parents appeared with a new one. Nothing is too much trouble for them and it was lovely to met our hosts. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to Casa Marti.

Amazing house perfectly located

The house is amazing, with great view over the mountains and a very nice outdoor including a pool. We came as a family with one todler and one baby and we all had an amazing time. Our son could play safely in the garden. The house is perfectly located between Pollença and Puerto Pollença and allows for a large range of outdoor activities. Agustina and her son Jaume were very helpful all along the way, from our booking to our departure. We would come back with no hesitation if we have the opportunity and we definitely recommend it !

Relaxing break in lovely peacefull location

We had a lovely week at Casa Marti. The house was spotlessly clean and all of the furnishings indoor and out including the sunbeds are in good condition and very comfortable. We were spoilt for choice with several sitting areas outdoors, there is always the option to be in sun or shade at any time of the day. There is a very generous garden, superb pool and table tennis available in the covered area. The only tricky thing for us was eating out, (not a criticism of Casa Marti as we knew the location was rural) booking a taxi is not easy, one cannot book a time slot, only call 15 minutes beforehand and hope they can oblige, this is not easy if a restaurant table is booked, so a bit more driving for me. This however was a minor item for the luxury of the location. Jaume provided a comprehensive guide via email and on the house i pad with all of the information any guest could ask for. Thanks to Agostini, Marti and Jaume for making such a lovely house available to rent John

The perfect retreat

A lovely villa with an outstanding outdoor area. Quiet and secluded but close enough to all the amenities by car. Lovely watching the stars at night and surise in the mornings over the mountains. The pool was a perfect retreat from the heat and we will certainly be back.

A beautiful villa

My husband and I have just returned from a fortnight stay at Villa Marti. We found the villa spotlessly clean, very well equipped and comfortable. The villa gardens, pool and entertainment area were very large and well maintained. The location is very peaceful (car recommended) and an ideal base to discover the north of the island. The hosts provided very useful and clear notes on the villa, suggested things to do, restaurants, beaches, town parking etc. The communication with the villa owner (via their son) was prompt and helpful. All in all I can thoroughly recommend Villa Marti for couples or small families. Thank you to the owners and their son for making it a great holiday.

Amazing week in Casa Marti

We had a fabulous week in Casa Marti. The owners were so welcoming and helpful and the villa was perfect for the 3 of us. Our 2 year old loved the pool and we loved the many outdoor options of seating and dining areas, the covered veranda and roof top patio were brilliant. The villa was clean and comfortable with everything and more than you'd need. Definitely recommend! Many thanks for having us!

Practically Perfect

Nothing but praise for this villa. It was exactly as described, beautifully clean, well equipped and in a great location. Whilst we didn’t have any problems it was reassuring to know that the owner’s parents were just next door if needed. Very happy to highly recommend.

Wonderful pool!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Casa Marti. The interior is cosy and well equipped but the outdoor space was the jewel in the crown. We hired a car which I would recommend although it is a level cycle ride to both Pollenca or Porto Pollenca. Do make sure to get the co ordinates from the property manager if you plan to get a taxi as some drivers struggled to find it. Eroski and Lidl supermarkets nearby and some good restaurants especially in Pollenca old town. It was very warm and humid in mid September so the pool was a delight.

Easy to locate. Everything was just as advertised. However we were more than pleasantly surprised by how large the garden & ‘play’ area were. The Villa is located within east reach of both Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa. Only a few minutes drive or cycle to the nearest Eroski supermarket. - one week was just not enough -

Fabulous holiday Hideaway

This is a superb little property… the inside is small but perfectly appointed- the owners have thought of everything. Outside is fantastic.. a brilliant decent sized pool set in beautiful grounds and very peaceful. A real bonus is with the unique covered seating area in the garden… which runs the whole length of the garden. It has space for the table tennis table, dining table and chairs, outdoor sofa and 2 armchairs and space for sun loungers too. Amazing!!!!! There’s also another patio on the opposite side of the pool with two more sets of dining furniture. The owners were super helpful and although the fridge broke while we were there (just one of those things!) the owners replied immediately and sorted the issue straight away. Great service. They were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent villa in a perfect location

Family of 4 stayed at Casa Marti for 2 weeks in August '22. Facilities were excellent with all modern conveniences avialable to make our stay memorable. We couldn't have asked for better hosts and any issues (Power outage due to heavy storm) were dealt with swiftly and without fuss. Without question, we would love to return to this villa in future and enjoy everything Mallorca has to offer. 5*

Perfect location

Casa Marti was the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Its conveniently located near Pollensa and everything is only a short drive or cycle away. The nearby towns are all of different character and are all great to visit. The garden and pool etc are great, there are so many places to sit and relax. The information provided regards the local area was the best of any place Ive stayed and we made the most of the tips about parking, shopping and things to do. If you are looking for a lovely villa to relax in and for somewhere ideally located then this is the place to rent.

Gorgeous stay near Pollenca

Just back from a truly relaxing week at this lovely villa. Traditional style house with all the comforts you could need - well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, powerful shower. Garden is absolutely the highlight and we spent all our time there. Pool is gorgeous and you just get the sun all day. Very family friendly having the pool so close to where you’d sit all the time, and the house. Really near both Pollença and Port de Pollenca so great options for shopping and food but it’s in a really peaceful area with wonderful mountain views. In the evening you just hear the goat bells, perfection! Covid was well catered for with cleaning products etc - plus you feel really safe in this area with everyone wearing masks out and about. Throughly recommended and we’ll be back hopefully!

A lovely little Villa.

We had a very enjoyable week at the villa. A little difficult to find at 22.30 at night but very easy access to get into the house. Lovely gardens, seating areas and setting. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place, ideal for 2 couples! Great value! Mallorca is heaven.

We stayed at Casa Marti for 2 weeks in early October, and loved it. It was easy to find, close to Pollenca and Port de Pollensa, on a quiet country lane (a cami). The house was clean and well equipped, with a great kitchen, a small dining area for 4 in the kitchen, a den with comfy couches, and a huge sheltered area across the yard beside the pool. The pool was terrific and we used it every day. There was a terrace off the second floor bedroom where we could sit at night and watch the stars (it was amazingly dark). There were two bathrooms, with terrific hot water pressure. The hosts were very pleasant and had a long list of helpful suggestions about shopping and dining in the region. They responded immediately when we had a power outage one afternoon. Shopping in the markets in Pollenca, and Port de Pollensa was terrific, and there were well supplied supermarkets (Eroski and Lidl) close by. Mallorcan wine is readily available at both supermarkets and is inexpensive and very good. The beaches at Port de Pollensa are very close - a modest walk or a very short cycle away. Access to the whole island is rapid by car. The cycling in the area is beyond amazing. There are mountains for the nutters, hills, and endless winding flat lanes. Roads are almost all in perfect condition and many have wide shoulders, with a lot of designated cycle lanes. Bikes (road, hybrid, mountain, cruiser) are easy to rent from any of many, many agencies ( we recommend Bike Island Mallorca in Port de Pollensa). The roads are narrow, but the drivers are attentive and patient. Speed limits for cars are very reasonable, and we never felt unsafe, even on bigger roads, or when toiling up a climb. Downsides?.... the TV reception is poor, but we almost never turned it on. The net reception dies outside unless you are by the den window, but is fine inside. We VERY highly recommend this rental!!! We will be back.

Absolutely lovely and only a few mins from Puerto Pollensa

A superb villa with lovely pool, plenty of toys for in and out of pool. Lovely, quiet location with gardens and all facilities wanted in a villa were provided. Kitchen well equipped and bathrooms very good. Needed air conditioning as provided, which was a god send. Beautiful area of Mallorca well worth the stay HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A1 ++++++++++

beautiful small villa

Beautiful little villa in lovely area just outside Puerto Pollensa. We were unlucky to have very wet, stormy weather which caused dampness in our downstairs bedroom. All forgotten when the hot sun came out. Otherwise I would have given this house 5 stars. The owners were very helpful and restaurant suggestions were brilliant.

Perfect house for our familiy. Nice, charming and well equipped, with fantastic pool. Kids loved it.

We stayed in Casa Marti last two weeks. House has very good location between Pollenca and Port de Pollenca so it gives plenty of opportunities. We are very happy that we spent some time in this place - it was just great and Agustina and Craig are very heplful. We plan to come back to this place in the future!!

Great place to stay

Just arrived back from a week at the villa. Such a quiet place to stay and perfect for our family to get away from it all but still have the delights of Pollença next door. The villa is really well laid out and works really well. The pool is fantastic. Spotlessly clean and great for the children to learn to swim in and cool off in. We had never been to Mallorca before but thought Pollença was fantastic and great just sitting in the square watching the world go by. Thank you for a lovely week away.

Great Place to Stay With Easy Access to Puerto Pollenca

Just arrived back from a 1 week stay at this villa. Unfortunately the weather wasn't particularly kind to us, 3 days sunshine, 3 days heavy rain all day! The property however is great, it has a very real feel about it, very Spanish if that makes sense! The outside space is huge, plenty of different areas to sit, whether you prefer shade or full on sunshine, there's numerous choice. The pool is great too. Inside there's everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. Beds are comfortable, it has 2 showers and the kitchen, although small, is perfect for your holiday needs. Agustina and her husband are very welcoming, not intrusive in anyway, just very nice people and you can tell they put a lot of time and effort into the property to make it a comfortable stay for everyone. We hired a car so everything was in easy reach, less than a 5 minute drive to Port de Pollença and 5 minutes to Old Town Pollença. Other than the rain, we had a very enjoyable stay at this villa.....thank you!
