Potential but needs better management

The hotel is fairly new, so everything is still looking in good shape. Rooms were not very clean, there were hair in the bath and on the carpets. The carpet was not vacumed properly. Overall the hotel is quite, but our room had an door joining the next room and we could hear every word from next door, we could even hear what people were saying on the phone! We put the TV on a soft music channel so that it could buffer the noise(also his snoring) Breakfast: if it was not got the mini omelet and wafel maker I would have nothing to recommend for breakfast.

We had the king suite, handicapped accessible. The room was comfortable and clean. I love the location , found dining , shopping , sightseeing , and the wedding venue we went to all easily accessible. Will definitely go back!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and very clean. Our room didn't have a bench for our suitcases, but staff brought us an extra luggage rack right away. Breakfast was OK and typical for the free breakfast offerings. Location is excellent. We could get to all of the places we planned on seeing very easily.
