Pleasantly restored, it is set in part of main building also comprising 2nd gîte (N°1525). Ground floor: living room, kitchen/ lounge/ dining areas, laundry room (tumble drier), WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (180 X 200 cm bed), (two 90 x 200cm single beds). Shower room/WC. Underfloor heating/ electric heating on the 1st floor (extra charge: 40 euros/week). Card-operated mobile phone. Final cleaning incuded in rent. Shared storage room. Private terrace, garden furniture, shared meadow, parking.
