Great location! Right on beach as pictured. Property company was very responsive to the few issues we had. A few things that future renters may want to know:Two living areas is awesome, especially if traveling with kids. Amazing views from 2nd and 3rd floors. Washer/dryer work great (April 2026)Lots of beach chairs and toys in garagePublix is 10-12 min awayTo get to the beach, you have to go down to the basement level and go through a bedroom, garage, or front door to then walk around to the beach. It would be amazing if steps were added to the main porch on the main floor that would lead directly to beach.Kitchen needs some additional baking dishes and utensils. Road is very, very busy. That’s going to be true of any beachfront property in this area. Beach is quiet tho, and this house isn’t near the public access.All in all, a wonderful house!

Amazing views. Loved the rooftop deck. There was 24/7 support for issues, which was nice as we used it for internet issues. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms so great for a big group. The decks are amazing too and many hours were spent on them. This house is for sale though so booking far out might be a risk. As well, since it is for sale, some basic maintenance isn't being kept up. These are small things, but they add up. Loved the house though, loved the view, loved the decks, loved the sliding glass doors. Would stay again but would hesitate at the price if maintenance isn't kept up and if guaranteed to be available (not sold or buyer would honor reservation) Overall great experience and my family had a great time.

We are giving a 5-star rating to the management company. We were incredibly impressed by their responsiveness, professionalism, and patience. From the moment we booked, we felt well-cared for. A special thank you goes to Kat, who promptly came to the house to resolve an issue with the master bedroom TV and even replaced it with a brand new one. Sad to report, the brand new TV still didn't work due to weak Wifi connection. The service we received was outstanding, and we will definitely be renting from this company again.While we are thoroughly impressed with the management company, we would not rent this specific house again. The WiFi was a significant issue, and the only TVs that worked were the ones in the living rooms on the second and third floors. We had to rely on a phone hotspot for our son, who has autism, to watch TV in the master bedroom. Additionally, we were concerned that the only access to the beach was through the first floor inside the house, as none of the balconies provided direct access, which could be a potential fire safety concern.Despite the issues with the house itself, the management company exceeded our expectations. We look forward to booking one of their other properties for our next beach rental.

Great Trip

Wonderful vacation and we all enjoyed the home! A few minor things at the start but the team was responsive and quick to replace some items and get things sorted. The kitchen could use a few additions in the way of daily use items but overall worked well for us. The WiFi is not always reliable and affected the use of the TVs in some rooms as well as cell usage but again, not a big deal. The back deck and top deck are perfect for watching sunrise and sunset. It was also optimal viewing to watch a rocket launch from Canaveral! The beach is perfect and we were sad to leave. Overall we all enjoyed the home and were comfortable and happy! Thank you for sharing the home with us.

We were a party of 10 Adults. Plenty of room for all of us .house has 7 nice size bedrooms . House is right on the beach. Close to downtown St. Augustine. the host was very responsive with any questions we had .

Lovely Beach Front Home

We had a very nice stay at Dolphin View! The views were amazing, we loved the 3 balconies and being able to walk right onto the beach. The placed provided a ton of beach chairs, beach toys, and towels. We had some issues with the wifi and the lock but they communicated quickly and resolved our issues quickly. We did notice mold on the vents and there was sand and a wrapper in one of the bunk beds, but everything else was in good condition.

Great Location

The location of the house is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed being directly on the beach. We had a minor issue come up and the management team was incredibly responsive and friendly. The beach chairs, clean propane grill, and beach floats were much appreciated amenities. The cleanliness of the house could be improved with a deep clean and the kitchen was not as well stocked as would be expected for a house that is advertised to accommodate 10 people. These are just minor improvement opportunities to move from a four star to a five star rating. But overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this property to others.

Extended Family Trip

The proximity to the beach was 10/10. We loved being far enough away from “town” to enjoy the privacy but not too far away where we could drive in to Ponte Vedra or St Augustine for dinner. I cannot say enough good things about the property management. We had a minor inconvenience during our stay and they were on top of it immediately !! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
