V convenient for the ferry port and in a lovely spot on the quay. Hotel is looking rather tired and in need of a refurb but room was clean, with v comfy bed. Breakfast was fresh.

Great location overlooking the quay We had a standard room & it was fine just a little tired but it was ok Breakfast was lovely and staff friendly & helpful

great weekend break

the hotel is in a great place close to all the shops bars restaurants train station and the hotel is very nice and quiet nice rooms beds very nice staff all friendly did not have any food there so dont no what it was like very nice rest just what we needed

Useful stopover

We were on our way to Jersey and it was great to be able to stay in a good comfortable hotel so close to the Port. No complaints at all about the Hotel (maybe the bed wasn't quite as comfortable as ours at home but not realistic to expect that I suppose). We didn't try the food as the hotel is so close to the town we wanted to explore there and found some very good pub food nearby. Certainly an ideal place to spend the night before or after a boat to the Channel Islands.

One night stay thankfully

After paying nearly £180 for a double room you'd expect the room to be of good quality. How wrong can one be. Small double bed, carpet is tired and worn out, stain marks on bathroom sink surround, small bath, damaged heater unit, etc. Travelodge has much better and bigger rooms with a king-size bed, wish I'd stayed there. Will never stay here again.

Celebrating with friends

It's a great hotel for Poole Quay. Only two minutes away on foot, but nice and quiet to return to after an evening's partying. The only downside is that you have to get your car out of the car park by 4pm on the day you check out.
