The accommodation is located at the gates of the historic district and only 400m from the beach and the port of Noëveillard, on the ground floor of a small quiet and secure residence: “Les Lusignanes”. This 40 m² apartment (renovated in May 2023) and its private garden has a double bedroom (2 x90 beds) and a sofa bed (140) that can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has a living room with open kitchen equipped with all the appliances you need to make you feel at home; stovetop, fridge-freezer, small oven, French press, filter coffee maker, filter, dishwasher, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. The TV lounge area overlooks the garden. A shower room and separate toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board and access to the outbuilding where there is a washing machine and room for 2 bikes are available.
You will have 2 secure parking spaces on the residence's grounds.

Location idéalement située

Très agréable séjour avec un hébergement situé à proximité du centre de Pornic, de la plage et du sentier côtier, tout accessible à pied.Location très plaisante au rdc avec un coin extérieur.Et bon accueil, souple et sympathique.Seul petit bémol, l’éclairage de la pièce principale est insuffisant, il serait nécessaire de le compléter.
