We very much enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and had everything we needed. The host has great attention to detail which made our stay very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
Spacious, comfortable beds, immaculately clean and fully stocked kitchen and fun game room and out door grill. Perfect for our gathering of 5 family and friends.
The house was great - plenty of room for us (party of 3), comfortable, clean, quiet, and safe. The kitchen had everything we needed (only one exception was that there were no oven mitts or at least we couldn't find them). The bedrooms were great sizes and we all slept well. The bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels, and plenty of hot water. Wifi access was easy and consistent. Location very convenient.
The house was very charming and surprisingly very spacious. Both bathrooms seemed modern and renovated. The fenced yard was nice to sit in. The property is near a very small park. There is not much to do in the city of Port Angeles, but we chose the location as a base to explore lots of areas in the Olympic Park.
Excellent property! Super close to Downtown Port Angeles restaurants and shops, and very easy to get to nearby Olympic National Park attractions. The host had great recommendations,
We enjoyed staying in this charming home. Our family had plenty of room to stretch out and retreat to our own private spaces. We loved the close proximity to both downtown Port Angeles as well as Olympic National Park - very accommodating for our needs for grabbing dinner out and for easily getting out for hiking adventures. All the unique antique furniture was lovely and added a special touch. Would recommend!
Overall, our stay was wonderful at Susan's property in Port Angeles. The place was spotless when we arrived and it was as advertised. The cottage exudes charm and character and provides a great setting to relax after a long day of hiking. Susan was very responsive and check-in was very smooth. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting the area and would like more space for their traveling party.
We stayed here for 5 days while we explored the Olympic Peninsula. The house had plenty of room and was very clean. Highlight was the All Clad pots and pans. Only complaint is the creaky bedroom doors and stairs. Everyone wakes up when someone moves around at night. All around good spot.
We enjoyed this stay as it was very conveniently located to take advantage of what Port Angeles and Hurricane Ridge had to offer. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. My kids loved having the ping pong table and dart board.
This is a charming house with easy parking and nice common areas. Beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately, there's only one shower, but the upstairs bathroom features a very nice soaking tub if that's your preference. The bathroom with the shower is nice, however. The park nearby does house some homeless folks--it was totally fine for us, but the older person in our group griped about it a bit, which was more of an annoyance than the handful of campers. Finally, there is only one key and no keypad lock, which was inconvenient when we wanted to split up our group.
The house was charming, clean, had all the necessities and in a central location for visiting Port Angeles and Olympic National, Park. Homeowners gave a wonderful recommendation to eat at LDâs 929 Woodfire Grill. It was the best meal of our trip. I was disappointed with the park at the end of the street.
This house is very comfortable! It is old and has lots of character. I appreciate old houses and the craftsmanship it took to build them. The ceilings are beautiful! The view out the kitchen window is the best!It looks right into the garden. There was a deer resting in the garden a few times! The kitchen was set up so it was easy to cook meals. Great living and dining areas.Easy drive to downtown Port Angeles. My family really enjoyed our stay there!
The host thought of everything! Fabulous site. Loved the amenities, the great furniture, fireplaces, and all the rooms both upstairs and downstairs. This house is centrally located, has great views of bucolic nearby yards. Lots of privacy. Loved it all. Enjoy this wonderful property. You'll love it.
We had 6 adults stay for 6 nights here, super clean and nice house and was very central to what we wanted to do (mountains, ocean, whale watching, etc.). Walking distance to some restaurants, Safeway, and even the wharf if you don't mind the hill on the way back. Nice neighborhood, we even saw some deer grazing in the morning! I will say the walls are very thin and the stairs are very creaky, but it is an old house and if those are the biggest "problems" I think you're doing pretty good overall.
My family enjoyed staying at this lovely house. It was comfortable, clean, nicely furnished, and had great beds. There was room to spread out or gather together. Ample parking for cars. Would definitely stay here again!
