The room assigned to us does not have working key, the technician took 3 hours for opening the door for us, the toilet was not working, room was not clean-sheets and pillow needs to be changed, elevator was not working-we made 6 trips from 3rd floor to the cashier for help, there was not breakfast served in the morning-just a kettle with cold coffee.
This was an awful experience! The closet had water damage with mold in it. In the bathroom water was coming from under the floor into the hallway and the toilet ran all night. Also ,the refrigerator leaked and ruined my food. The old adage ,âYou get what you pay for!â I have truly learned my lesson
The front-desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The housekeeping service is daily but they tend to miss a-lot with regards to cleaning the bathrooms and they do not resupply the bathrooms daily either. I bring my own towels to hotels and had to track them down through the Mgmt three separate times in two weeks and failed to get them prior to checking out the last week. they do offer breakfast but I never tried it. The tv have cable but you do not have access to the streaming services on them (if your room has a smart tv) and the wiring is hanging out from underneath the tvs on the walls. The rooms are ok but definitely "dated" two of the three beds I had were relatively comfortable and it is very quiet throughout the nights there. The AC is AMAZING for each room and will freeze you out if that's what you like. I will stay here when in the area for certain but I will not bring expensive "bath sheets" unless they're colored to avoid losing them to housekeeping again.
Place is filthy. Even when we told the lady at the front desk that the floors needed to be cleaned, she sat there and did nothing. By the next morning, it had still not been cleaned. We found hair on our towel, and the room had an awful swampy smell.
