Welcome to your dream beach getaway, where every detail is designed for your enjoyment and comfort! Our spacious and modern beach house, nestled in the heart of Crystal Beach, is the perfect spot for families, friends, and anyone looking to relax and soak up the coastal ambiance.

Accessibility and Convenience:
Our home is equipped with an elevator, ensuring that all guests, regardless of mobility, can enjoy every area of the house. Please let us know in advance if you'll need access to the elevator so we can have it ready and powered for your arrival.

Family-Friendly Amenities:
Traveling with little ones is a breeze at our beach house. We provide a Graco Pack N Play, high chair, and baby bath-seat to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our aim is to lighten your load so you can focus on making memories.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: A luxurious King Bed for a restful night's sleep.
Bedroom 2: Features 2 Built-In Queen Bunk Beds, perfect for kids or adults alike.
Bedroom 3: A cozy Queen Bed to relax after a day at the beach.
Outdoor Living:
Step outside to our large furnished covered deck complete with a hammock and ample outdoor seating, ideal for lounging or dining al fresco. The new outdoor gas fire pit and seating for 8 invite you to enjoy evenings under the stars. An enclosed privacy outdoor shower and fenced-in yard provide additional convenience and comfort. The downstairs area boasts a gas grill for all your BBQ needs.

Indoor Living:
Inside, you'll find a welcoming open layout with brand new furnishings and 3 flat-screen Smart TVs for your entertainment. The bright and airy atmosphere is perfect for gathering and creating lasting memories.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Our kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring bright counters, a large kitchen with a four-place breakfast bar, and kid-friendly amenities like plastic cups, bowls, and cutlery. It's equipped with a combo Keurig coffee maker (drip and K-cup), blender, Crock-Pot, toaster, and all the basic spices and cooking essentials you'll need. Plus, enjoy our selection of whiskey and wine glasses for those relaxing evenings in.

Linens and Laundry:
We provide 1 bath towel per guest, all linens for beds, kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths, and 8 beach towels. Laundry facilities are available to keep everything fresh during your stay.

Extras Provided:
To make your stay hassle-free, we provide essentials like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher fluid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry pods.

Parking:
There's ample parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles (please note, no RVs allowed).

Two dogs allowed for a single non-refundable $199 pet fee. Max 60 lbs.

The home was clean, bright and welcoming. The hosts were very quick to respond and accommodating. We enjoyed the outdoor dining options and the hot tub was AMAZING for a stay in November! Especially important to us (due to mobility issues) was the exterior lift. This made the trip must less stressful for me and enjoyable for my mobility impaired husband. While we did not have our dogs with us - the area was definitely pet friendly with a fully fenced in area.

Amazing stay. Everything was better than advertised. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. We immediately felt at home with absolutely everything you would need or want from a beach vacation. The hot tub was amazing, extremely well maintained and functioning perfectly. The home is a quick, easy and safe 2 minute walk from the beach. Highly recommend!

We stayed July 10 through the 17th 2025. The house was great. We loved the fenced in yard for our dogs. The hot tub was nice. We played cornhole. We had breakfast on the deck every morning. The bed was comfortable the shower had great water pressure. The street was quiet. We rented a golf cart from custom carts and loved going to the beach on our cart. The house is almost directly across the street from the family dollar store. The big store is less than five minutes away. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Quiet Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very comfy and cozy feel. The bunk beads are actually full size and not twin beds. Location is an easy, straight walk. Our favorite part was the hot tube. Very nice bonus for when you want to enjoy the water but want to take a break from the beach. Very nice owners as well.

Most memorable family Christmas vacation ever. Our host even had a Christmas tree up and decorated.

The house was so comfortable and roomy. Enough linens, pots everything needed for cooking was supplied. Beautiful house, the hot tub was a big hit. I can't say enough about our stay. It was great!

Everything was so clean, fresh with plenty of room for everyone. We did our family Thanksgiving with our grown kids and all the accommodations were perfect. The queen size bunks were perfect for our grown kids. And the oversized shower in the master ensuite was beautiful. The hot tub was a perk that was extremely appreciated after our busy days at the beach and the fire pit area was loved by all during the cool evenings. Another thing we appreciated was having our own code for the front door, that way everyone could come and go as they please during our stay and it made us feel more secure. We would totally stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time at the house. Communication from the managers were on point and we really enjoyed the place and location to and from the beach. Location with restaurants, gas and groceries were all less than a mile. Will come back… great spot. A really great place to catch up with old friends.

Great property

We had a wonderful time at your rental house. There are a few minor things you may want to consider, there was no crockpot as listed, the fire pit was out of propane and the living room could use another couch or love seat there is no way the furniture would accommodate 9-10 people. Overall I would still rent this property again and give it a 10 rating!
