Wonderful

I rented this home with my sister. The house is beautiful and the location is absolutely perfect. The house is located right on the beach, local restaurants nearby as well as the ferry which runs 24/7 and is free! We enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to return! Highly recommend!

Great family vacation

We loved everything about our stay. It was right next to a beautiful beach, dog friendly, swings, fire to roast marshmallows. We had an amazing week. We are ready to do it again!

Fabulous beach front home that is spacious and perfect for a great families!

Our family rents a beach house every Easter. This by far was our favorite. The location was perfect. The rooms were fully decorated, and the kitchen was stocked. It was easy access to the beach and the yard was really safe for kids! Definitely recommended!

Perfect Beach House

We had a family of 10 and the house easily accommodated everyone. Also, there are outdoor showers to wash the sand off.Two big suggestions - 1) Book directly with Cobb, it was a great experience.2) Take food down and make easy meals. Burgers, hot dogs, spaghetti

Lazy Days Family Beach VACAY

Location was primo. House was very functional for our group. Property starting to show some age/wear & tear. Deck needs attention real soon. BBQ grill was dirty on arrival with no tools to clean before or after use. Kids found several rusty nails/staples/etc. that probably came from deck. Definitely would stay here again primarily because of locatiion/beach access and room configuration in house for our family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came for 6 days with my parents over Christmas. The house itself is a wonderful size for an even larger group than ours. We got our pick of rooms and had plenty of space in the common areas (kitchen, dining, and living rooms) for cooking, puzzles, and watching movies. Everything was clean and tidy, and the towels came shrink-wrapped from the linen company, which, as a bit of a germophobe, I really appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the cooking utensils and equipment you would need- we cooked a full Christmas dinner here and had everything needed. We absolutely loved the rechargeable lanterns provided and used those every night for walks on the beach. The only negatives during our stay were that the main coffee maker (Hamilton Beach brand) and the firepit coffee table outside didn't work. There was a separate Mr. Coffee brewer, which we used, but it's a much smaller size. The deck is also probably due for some repairs. There were wood shards that chipped off from the stairs, I threw away because I was worried our dog or we would step on them. The location of the house is great: steps from the beach, and the fenced-in backyard felt much bigger in person than it looks in pictures. We also really appreciated the use of the cargo lift! I accidentally left 3 bags on the cargo lift (my husband thought I grabbed them, I thought he grabbed them) and we drove away without them. I thought they were long gone, but the cleaning crew actually picked them up and took them to the Cobb office, where I was able to retrieve them. They went above and beyond, and it was SO appreciated! Especially since the person in the office stayed about 10 minutes later after they closed to allow me to grab them. THANK YOU!

The porch is the largest we've seen and very cozy, with plenty of seating for a large family. This is our fourth vacation at Crystal Beach and we hope to be able to rent this property every year going forward!

We’ve never stayed in this location of the beach before and I would consider renting it next year again. It well suited my family. The deck is so spacious...loved the two swings!!The only hiccup was the dryer. It wasn’t heating. I called Cobb’s and they sent maintenance who came out in a timely fashion. He said he had to order a new part but put in a used part until the new one came in but unfortunately the dryer still didn’t properly and the new part didn’t come in in time for us. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time!!!

Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year for The Beaches Birthday Bash but our first stay at Lazy Days and there were 11 adults involved this year and we had a beachin' time! The huge deck plus all the amenities made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Easy to accommodate individual or group relaxation and enjoyment for a week of fun in the sun!
