A wonderful stay.

The property manager was very responsive, and it was very nice that the property owner lived next door. I enjoyed meeting him. We love Bolivar, and the house's party deck was absolutely perfect. I would definitely go back to this property.

This cabin is absolutely perfect! We have a beach trip every year and hands down this is one of the best we’ve stayed in. The owner has a house next door and he will go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need for a perfect stay. The indoor elevator way so great! We had 6 adults and 6 kids spend the night and it was set up perfect! We will be back! Everything you need for a perfect beach trip is here!

The 2nd level outdoor entertaining area is so nice and relaxing - and having a 1/2 bath is very nice. A little bummed we couldn't work the TVs on that level but it wasn't a big deal. We only used the elevator for unloading and loading supplies but it worked so great & saved our backs carrying everything up the stairs. Kitchen was very well supplied.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. This was our first time renting The Real Deal, but it certainly won't be our last. The house is perfection! We celebrated Christmas here and we're thrilled to find it decorated upon arrival! The owner stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed, which we certainly did. At no point did we wish we had another kitchen or household item. The house was incredibly well equipped. Everything about the house was amazing, and we're already trying to figure out when we can go back! Highly recommend.

Very nice mezzanine section with two televisions, a nice comfortable couch, ice machine, bar, bbq pit, everything needed especially for the sports fan. Also, great due to the fact that it has an elevator that opens up on the mezzanine level and inside the cabin itself. We have rented this cabin numerous times. Highly recommended.

Epic Engagement Dinner Location at the Real Deal

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at the Real Deal Vacation Rental. Everything was beautiful! The rental was well appointed, clean and spacious. We spent most of our time on the ground level where we served dinner for 50. but we also spent a lot of time on the second level where we served appetizers and wine. It was very cozy because it was so accommodating due to all of the seating and outdoor kitchen. This place even has an elevator as we had guests that required this service. It's a short walk from the beach and you even had some views of it. The cabin was clean and the amenities were generous, including an ice maker and dual TV's that we played music from the bar. The bedroom accommodated all who were there only for a day trip.I highly recommend these accommodations. We will stay again.

The ho,e was well furnished, all you need is your clothes, the owners have thought of everything. Get the sheet package it was much easier this year. We will be returning to this beach house!
