The Space
This entire home accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, a sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms. Fresh updates throughout create a comfortable setting, with an open layout that makes it easy to gather as a group or find your own space to relax. Bedroom and laundry amenities include a washer, dryer, bed linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage, while bathroom essentials are provided for a smooth, easy stay.

Outdoor Living
Set along a waterfront canal, the backyard offers space to enjoy the outdoors at your own pace. A pool provides a refreshing way to cool off, and the putting green adds a playful touch to the day. The patio and backyard include outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area, along with a BBQ grill for relaxed meals outside. Check-in inspection: Let us know of any issues within 2 hours of arrival.
No smoking inside: $500 fee for violations.
Maximum of 2pets allowed with total of 40pounds and with an extra charge of $50 per pet per day
Registered guests only: No unregistered visitors ($50 per person fee).
No parties or large gatherings: $500 fee; violations may result in cancellation with no refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM, please respect neighbors.
Damages or missing items: Guests responsible for costs.
No underage drinking.
Keep it clean: No wet towels on beds, no shoes inside.
Check-in/out: Early or late check-out available with prior approval.
