Once you open the door to our super stylish and freshly renovated holiday home in Port Elliot, you will instantly feel relaxed. Situated in one of the most coveted coastal locations, this charming seaside retreat is perfectly positioned to capture spectacular sea & coastal views stretching all the way to Victor Harbour and Granite Island.

This newly renovated holiday home is located approximately 250 metres from Boomer Beach, just a short walk along the coastline to Horseshoe Bay or a stroll away from Port Elliot village. You will be so close to the beach, not only will you enjoy fantastic views, you will also hear the crashing waves from Boomer Beach anywhere in this idyllic holiday home.

With high ceilings and an open-plan layout, ‘Ocean View’ offers three spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with mesmerising sea views and the soothing sound of the surf. Bedroom 2 also offers sea views and both Bedroom 2 and 3 offer King or single bed configurations.

The heart of the home features a large, open-plan lounge and dining area, all with stunning ocean views. If you don’t feel like dining at one of the local iconic pubs or cafes, the fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and front load washing machine) has all the conveniences you will need. The ocean breeze keeps the air flowing throughout the house, complimented by a ceiling fan in the living/dining areas. For year-round comfort there is also a split-system reverse cycle air conditioner.

The home is adorned with floating timber laminate floors and rugs in all the bedrooms & living room. The sea front sunroom, with its sliding door to the deck, is the perfect spot to relax and soak up the panoramic sea views whilst watching the historic ‘Cockle’ tourist train pass by. The deck has outdoor dining and a weber BBQ.

Best of all, we welcome fur babies. The front and rear gardens are fully fenced and because we believe pets are family too, they are more than welcome inside. There are plenty of accessories to help your fur babies feel relaxed and we provide couch covers and doggie towels for you to use to protect the furniture. To help us prepare for a comfortable stay, please let us know if you are bringing more than 2 dogs (and their breeds if you are bringing more than 2) so we can confirm our home is the right fit for them!
