The room was clean and area was quiet due to being a little out of town. However, it is the little things that make or break. The bed was hard, the light switch in the bathroom was hidden behind the door, the coffee pods provided were one cup and the coffee pot was four cup. The cord was too short to reach the intended outlet. The gentleman who checked us in was poorly organized. We did not take advantage of breakfast as we had to be at the ferry at 6AM. It appeared it might be available that early.

It was a nice enough property. The bed was too hard and the price was steep considering we just needed a few hours sleep coming in off the ferry at 1 AM. But that of course was not their responsibility. They were gracious to be there to welcome us at that hour!

When we first drove up it seemed a little old looking, maybe could use a paint job but the manager was nice, check in was easy. The room was very clean, all the beds including the pullout were comfortable. I loved that there was a bedroom separate from the main area for the 3 kids. Bathroom was clean and nice. Kitchen area we didnt use except the sink to wash our hands, which was nice and large. The only thing was...you could hear the people upstairs, which sounded like a heard of elephants wearing clogs, and I was like what the heck is going on up there? We couldn't sleep from 11-12 so I finally went to look at who could be making SO MUCH NOISE, and there was maybe 8 people sitting around eating! I said, "its late and we cant sleep its too noisy up here, can you guys please be a bit quieter?" and they said "ok," then it was very quiet after that. I seriously thought it was being renovated it sounded so loud. Also the thing that bothered me and I forgot to mention to managment was there is no chain or secondary lock on the door, just the door knob. I would have felt more secure with the chain on the door, but we had a great night sleep and we were safe the people were friendly. They also provide some snacks for morning ferry people which was great at 5 am!! Crossoints (sp) cookies, fruit, coffee etc. That was so nice. All in all I thought the place was very good.

It was clean and adequate, I can't really comment more than that. We arrived around 1 a.m., (ferry from Rupert) just slept and left as soon as we got up. Staff member was nice, he waited for us.

Staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating. We had a pet friendly room that was recently renovated. Fresh paint, new flooring, new appliances and cupboards. The hide-a--bed needs a deep cleaning & upgrade as the mattress was very thin. The prooerty is over 40 yrs old but the owners are definitely trying to restore it & bring it back to life.

A clean and comfortable place to stay less than a 10 minute drive away from the BC Ferry to Prince Rupert. The only downsides we found were the very thin pillows on the bed and the noise made by travelers arriving on the ferry Prince Rupert between midnight and 1:00 am checking into their rooms.

We booked a 2 queen room. We got one queen, one single and onw fols out couch. We were charged an extra guest fee, as we included in the booking we would bring a dog. Then we were charged a other $40 for dog, onto of the extea guest fee. There was other much nicer hotels for cheaper after these fee.

Clean and quiet. Floor in room has a definite slope too it. Property could use a facelift and is a bit overpriced in my opinion
