This beautiful Casita has 2 bedroom, (K /2T) 2 baths, 1 car garage,washer & dryer duplex style unit, 990 sq. ft. This Casita is fully furnished with leather electric sofa in the living room with Wi-Fi throughout the house, cable in the living room with a 40" TV and cable in the master bedroom with a Smart TV. It has an enclosed screened patio with outside furniture and a gas grill ( propane tank is not provided). Guest have access to two swimming pools, professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, Fitness Room, and a Clubhouse. It's a quiet, relaxing and is in a gated community. Activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding ,and wild life preserve .
