This property is located on the hospital grounds in port macquarie and it's only a few years old and very affordable. It is more than a motel room as it has a kitchenette and loung/dining area as well as free parking, at your door which is convenient

The Lodge which is owned/managed by 4 Rotary Clubs was very well prepared for my stay. The unit was quite large and very clean and situated in a busy but yet quiet area.
