Check in staff was not knowledgeable about the check-in procedure. Got to room and TV didn't work. Took 30 minutes and 2 calls to the front desk to fix. Next morning, had no hot water for shower. Asked for maintenance to fix but still no hot water the second day. Breakfast was very mediocre.

We stayed in a studio King and it was very clean and pretty big space. Had a minor issue with the heat but the entire staff took care of it immediately, with great ease and without any hesitation. Both receptionist were superb and professional. Definitely coming back! Thank you!

The room was clean is all that I can say about it. The bathroom faucet was hard to turn on, and it made a noise when you turned it on also. The shower was the same way I set the water to get the right temperature and when I went to get in the lever moved to the bottom and the water was very hot. I did not like the bathroom at all.

This is our third time staying here. It is so close to everything. Our room was gigantic, but the bathroom is so tiny and it is in desperate need of updating . Our sheets smelled weird too. The staff is super nice and the rest of the building was great. We will just try something different next time down.

The handle of the water broke and the staff try blame my boyfriend said he broke it . and it’s book up and I couldn’t get an other room that had water for the tube. And they didn’t ask if would like for them to get us other hotel on them. The staff have an attitude problem when she walk in to see what we was complaining about. So me and boyfriend had to stay in the room with no way to take shower or a bath on valentine day . It’s a special day for us . It was the first valentine together for us. So are valentine day was no good day for us because we had no water

The TV was broken. There was no hair dryer in the room. My Dad was supposed to have a king size bed as he is 6 ft 4 in tall and undergoing chemo treatment. He got two queen size beds. We were told that they were at capacity at the time of check-in. The parking lot was not full so I'm not sure what was going on. Staff was nice, but the overall area was not great. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and all four of The Travelers had backaches by morning. I would only recommend if you are in a pinch. Definitely not worth the $170 per room.

The room was fine. I loved receiving a text from the front desk after I had just gotten to my room and found I had forgotten toothpaste. I asked via text if they had a small amount of toothpaste, and within a few minutes a small tube and toothbrush were delivered to my room. Excellent service. My only issue was how loudly sound bled though the connecting door to the adjacent room. Luckily it didn't last past 10:30 pm or so. Overall very good experience. Thanks.
