The room was clean, the staff very friendly, the breakfast was ok, omelets, sausage, breads, cereal, fruit and juices, oatmeal, coffee, etc., good location
I visit Spring Hill for an event twice a year. I have stayed at all different properties. This hotel by far us the best most recommended by ne. Sandra was so helpful and courteous. The room, bathroom, libby environment was a 3 star star plemys
The fridge was very noisy
They immediately used my credit card and took $150 for incidentals, not just holding my card number, then told me it could be up to 10 days for the money to be returned which is ridiculous when we checked out, I will not stay with this hotel chain again
The yoghurt I had for breakfast was 4 days past its use by date, I pointed this out to staff
All the staff members we interacted with were nice and helpful. The pillows were marked soft and firm, and well the soft was definitely a smushy, feather-soft pillow! I had to use both to get to my prefered comfort level; I will bring my own next time. The room was very spacious, the King bed felt even bigger than at home. We also enjoyed the large variety of items at the breakfast buffet, especially the made to order coffee.
The staff at front desk was excellent. She was very welcoming, friendly and informative. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast area was very well maintained and spotless. Thank you !!
The room was ok the bathrooms were so out dated that I didnât feel comfortable showering in the shower. The hot water would only get warm. When I checked in I was greeted with a lady with no shoes on, who then felt the need to school me on how I pay more by booking with Expedia.
