Rooms aren't the cleanest and many need to be updated or need many repairs. Staff is usually good and location is good, you have access to many things even if you have to walk.

Pictures were very misleading, dirty floors, bathtub had a layer of black dirt, pillows were dingy and sheets/room smelled like cigarettes even though I was in a non smoking room. The facility gave cr*ck house. Every day I was there I had to go to the office to reactivate my room key. Plus side it was ‘per friendly’ but I still had to pay a deposit (which I did get back at check out) even though he’s a service animal. I ended up checking out early as I didn’t really feel safe.
