Room was terrible. They charge you for shampoo and towels - which is something every motel/hotel gives you for free. Will never come back here.

Front desk personnel very friendly but after that this place is the definition of a dump. DO NOT spend your money here. Dogs left unattended for hours barking late into the night, people smoking marijuana and cigarettes directly outside your room late at night with the fumes coming in through the improperly fitted exterior door of you room. Piles of filthy laundry and stacks of beer bottles left outside or rooms for most of a day, etc. Booked for 3 nights, left (without a refund) after 1. If you need a budget friendly place to stay, you are better off finding it elsewhere.

Location location location. If you're going to Weeki Wachee it's literally across the street. However it's run down and not very well maintained. The housekeeping needs to be quality checked.

The room was disgusting. I didn’t expect much considering it was a Motel 6. The bed had dead nat bugs under the top covers. Upon looking the mattress cover had so much slop and saliva stains on it, I had to sleep with my clothes on and use something I had brought with me as a blanket. The bathroom exhaust looked like it had not been wiped in a year there was so much dust on it. The bathroom towel had stains on it. Also if a good wind came through the room door probably would have opened. I could see outside and feel the wind blowing through the opening of the door. The room needed some tlc as far as cosmetic issues. It cost nothing to be clean and the desire to want to offer a good product. This owner should have paid me the $135.00 I paid to stay here.

Room was not clean at all. There were roaches under the bed. Toilet seat was broken. Bed frame was broken. Floor was never swept or mopped.

They staff is always kind and courteous the rooms are usually clean except for the floors not always washed and the grounds could definitely use some cleaning up people are not picking up after their pets! Other than that for the price it's not a bad deal
