The staff was very professional and kind. However, I called two or three times to confirm that I would be in a room that had a handicap tub. I was told yes I would when we arrived. We did not have a handicap room. I do not recommend this hotel if you are handicapped. If you are not handicap and you’re looking for an inexpensive hotel, this is the place. My husband was slightly upset by the roach she had to kill on the first night.. there was no coffee pot in the microwave no mini fridge. If you’re looking for a place just to lay your head then it’s a good choice.

Had roaches in the room, when I asked for a refund to go to a different hotel I was informed that sence i booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com) that I would have to contact them. When contacting Hotels.com, witch was only availible to "Chat" not speak to a person. I was told sence there wasnt a manager on site it would have to wait 48-72 hrs to get a responce.

This is a dirty, old, nasty hotel that is in need of a major upgrade & cleaning staff. When there are other people's long dark coarse, hair pube hair and dog care in the room and my feet are black. After walking through it, there's a problem. This was awful.
