Great location, 2 minutes and your on the beach. Place was very clean. Exactly as listed. Well stocked kitchen. Coffee and breakfast in the morning on the patio with view of the ocean was nice. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Right next to the state park was awsome. Rented a boat and saw all kinds of marine life. Would definitely stay here again. ( If you ever decide to sell let me know )

Property was located close to beach access, even has a little ocean view. Everything was as described and it was well stocked with kitchen items and the beach closet outside was full of useful items and beach toys. Great stay!

Great Location and Comfy Home

Peace of Cape was perfect for my family’s long weekend break in October. We love the beach in October and this was our first time at the Cape. The town home was clean and well furnished. Plenty of space for my family of four and our dog. I appreciate the fold out bed as our kids refused to share the queen bed. The location to the beach was great. Loved all the space to store our beach gear, kids’ bikes and SUP. I love it when we do not have to pack our beach cart and chairs from home- so thank you for providing those. The master bed was comfortable; there was plenty of space to hang clothes or out in drawers. It was cool enough in the mornings to open the screen door. There were a lot of bugs outside- so use the screens! The bathrooms are small, however I used the dresser in the bedroom to lay out my toiletries which worked really well. It’s nice to have a half bath in the living room floor. The kitchen had all of the things we needed for our short stay. A little worn out but it’s a rental, so we know things will not be brand new. The complex itself was clean. Roads and parking are narrow. Kids hopped in the main pool and played on the playground. Beach access is easy. The booking and check in process was very easy. There was plenty of communication and the check in email was thorough. I do wish the check out info was in the email. We had a couple of small issues and the management was responsive. Nothing that affected our overall stay. We will stay here again.

Our recent stay 9/01/23 to 9/05/23

Location, beach and overall condition of the condo were fine. However, how it was advertised was misleading. It was a 2BR and not a 3BR, where there were once bunk beds are no longer available. Also, we could never get any hot water in the master shower and we needed new batteries for the 2nd BR TV. Never got them delivered, so the TV had to be worked manually from the back and it is wall mounted.

Great Spot For Family Vacation

This place was awesome to stay at. As a family of 5 with small kids this place was perfect and also had a high chair. It's so close to the beach you can set up your stuff in the morning and don't have to worry about anything. Also for the Dad's/Mom's who carry the whole house to the beach this walk was maybe 100 yards and I didn't need to bring a wagon for everything. I just made a couple trips. The pool is directly across from the condo which is very convenient . One thing to note about this pool there's not a ton of shade so be prepared with sun screen. The beach gear locker was stocked appropriately, the only thing we brought was a pop up tent for more shade on the beach. There's plenty of sand castle toys and a couple of body boards. We had a great time and will be back for years to come.

Wonderful vacation !

This was our first visit to Cape San Blas and we hope to return. It’s so beautiful and quiet without all the traffic and noise. Peace of Cape was awesome and the easiest walk to the beach ever. Everything we needed was available. The owners were so easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions I had. The email with all the information we needed prior to arrival was very helpful. We would love to stay at Peace of Cape again!

Overall this was a fine stay, though a few issues. When we booked, the upstairs hallway bunks were available and a big sell (we had a group of 7, sleeping for “8”). Upon arriving, these bunks were boarded up with a sign saying they were unavailable due to a local ordnance with them being over the stairwell. They had added an extra rollaway and with the coach sleeper we were fine. A heads up from the owner/agency would have been nice. At least the posting currently is accurate with the bunks unavailable and the number of beds actually available. The back door handle broke and the grill was inop, but quick response was given on those issues and we were fine as is. Would recommend the stay, a group of 6 would be the limit

Perfect Vacation!!

My family has gone to the cape for over 20 years now and Peace of Cape was our favorite place we’ve stayed! It’s location is perfect, right next to the pool and beach. We also had our 15 month old daughter and they had baby gates, a high chair and beach chairs/toys. We were also impressed with how clean it was! We will definitely be back!

Girls Weekend

Had a great time - with just just the girls for a short getaway. Everything is as posted. The weather wasn’t great but we had fun at the state park where the water was calm. The beach is truly steps away and our last day the water was beautiful. Would definitely go back!
