Welcome to 'The Sunlounger' a new vacation rental (rarely used private vacation home through summer 2023) offering fine beachfront living in a great neighborhood. Great indoor/outdoor living space with high-end appointments and details throughout the property include Crate and Barrell furnishings, corian countertops, 9' ceilings, exceptional decor and window treatments. Frigidaire appliances, fully stocked kitchen (you'll love the fish glasses!), and stainless steel deck railings with 2 screened-in decks with a perfect spot for our hammock. 2 kayaks available for rent. Located in San Blas Estates, a gated cul-de-sac on North Cape San Blas, 5 blocks from The Trading Post (groceries, liquor, all vacation needs and souvenirs, Weber's Donuts, ice cream and coffee, St. Joe Shrimp Company, Peachy's–fish tacos and pulled pork, Tortugas shirts and souvenirs)!

Take the 20 mile bike path on the cape to explore miles of coastline and access optional rentals at Scallop Cove II, such as kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and pontoon boats. This is a fabulous location with easy beach access and gorgeous sunsets directly in front of the house.

Don't forget to visit nearby St Joseph Peninsula State Park -
With 10 miles of sugar white sand, this park is one of the top rated beaches in the United States rated #1 by Dr. Beach in 2002. Sunbathing, shelling, snorkeling, swimming, bicycling and fishing are popular activities. A boat ramp which accommodates most trailered vessels is located at Eagle Harbor. Some of the highest dunes in the nation are found here as well as some of the last remaining habitat of coastal sand pine scrub. St. Joseph Peninsula State Park has an abundance of wildlife and provides excellent opportunities for bird watching and wildlife viewing. The park is extremely popular during scallop season (July 1 - Labor Day weekend)

And we highly recommend visiting Port St. Joe and Apalachicola for great restaurants and shops (within 30 minutes)

Unbelievably relaxing vacation

Four adults and one dog, and the vacation couldn’t have been more perfect. Beautiful sunsets. Comfortable beds. Beachside with the lapping of waves entertaining us as we relaxed on the porch and the beach. Highly recommend.

This was our second season staying in Sunlounger, and it only got better. The screened enclosure of the main floor deck made outdoor dining so much nicer than last year.

Awesome stay!!

We had a wonderful stay! Our first time staying on CSB. the home is beautiful, great location, lots of parking and space for kids to play even if it rains. The screen porch is so awesome to enjoy the view but keep dogs and kids confined. Close walk down boardwalk to the beach. Alissa was so great, so responsive! They have tons of floats, beach chairs and beach toys. It is very secluded, which we loved, perfect place for relaxing vacation. If you want nightlife and bars, this is not the place for you. Most everything is closed by 9pm. Only a few restaurants on CSB and they close fairly early. we waited too late to get dinner one night and ended up eating frozen pizza! next time will take more groceries and plan to cook or grill.
