-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Nice rental for a couple

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was nice, clean and well equipped for the price. The host was welcoming and stayed in touch. Great location to the shops and restaurants. I didn't like that I had to sign another rental agreement in addition to the VRBO rules. It was about 5 page and basically absolved the owners of everything and made you responsible for everything. I have never had to do this with any other rental I have done through VRBO. The cottage was clean except the floors. My feet got so dirty walking in the cottage that I wore my shoes most of the time. The cottage had the basics and well kept. I also didn't like that you can check in till 5pm unless you pay an early check in fee. All other places I have rented use a 3pm check in fee and usually if the place has been cleaned they will let you check in early with no fee. Overall the cottage was good, with a great location and all the basics you need for a stay.
