Perfect week to relax

The cottage was very clean upon arrival. We didnt cook any meals but if we did the kitchen is fully stocked and the appliances look like their new! Location was pefect...literally walk out, take a left, cross 98 and your at the beach entrance!! Arrival was smooth and there is a binder on the coffee table with info about the cottage and the aera as far as stores and restaurants. Shep was a pleasure to work with. Will go back for sure!!!

The perfect place in the perfect town

Clownfish Cottage could not be any better! First, it is literally a minute-and-a half walk to the beautiful beach. The neighborhood is quiet and you feel like a local. The cottage is cozy, comfortable, with everything you need, including beach gear. The bed and shower are wonderful! I enjoyed the screened-in porch for meals and for swinging in the porch swing in the evenings, with the sound of the surf in the distance and the rustle of the palm trees. I can't wait to go back!

Everything was as advertised, we were there for 6 weeks and enjoyed our selves very much. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The beaches and sunsets are fantastic. The host checked in with us when we arrived to see if we had any questions which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend Clown Fish Cottage.

Snowy Mexico Beach

We stayed at the Clownfish Condo in Mexico Beach the 3 rd week of January, which had very unusual weather for Florida! Two days into our stay, snow and cold weather came which caused many stores to close!! Being Midwesterners this was very surprising that some snow could cause a shutdown of businesses. Our stay at the condo was great. It was very comfortable and so clean. The shower was awesome!! The host was so accommodating and wonderful to work with. I would recommend this place.

Loved Mexico Beach & Clown Fish Cottage

Awesome cottage

We Love The Clown Fish

This was our second stay at The Clown Fish Cottage and it did not disappoint. The house is clean and functional. It is perfect for our family of four, two adults and 2 kiddos under 10. The neighborhood is nice and quiet for this time of year. Shep is quick to answer questions and easy to communicate with. The overall experience was excellent! We look forward to coming back!

Rest & Relaxing Appartment fort 2 and a pet

review for Clownfish Cottage: Wow. What a cute comfortable piece of paradise at what’s become our favorite area to vacation. It’s was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Shep was amazing to deal with and he graciously understood the health of our dog and made an exception. In which we were forever grateful. We will stay here again & again if he’ll have us. The pics are exactly as it is on the website. It was was spotless. I can go on and on about how relaxing The Clown Fish Cottage was for us but you get the picture. Great Stay at the Clown Fish Cottage

The Clown Fish Cottage never disappoints us. This was our second visit and everything was great. The well equipped unit was very clean, the close walk to the beach and the screened in porch with the comfortable swing from which you can see the water, were all exceptional. Meeting the owner, who was very accommodating, was a plus. We'll definitely be back next year!

My little family loved staying at the Clown Fish Cottage. The location to the beach was great! My daughter loved the bunk beds. This was our second time to Mexico Beach and we will definitely keep this place in mind when coming back!

Week of Paradise

My husband and I came down to this adorable beach cottage for 7 days. Very easy to find and located within walking distance to the beach. Shep made checking in and out very easy. The property was extremely clean. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here.

The property is exactly as described on VRBO.. perfect for us and our two girls (14 and 11). They loved the bunk beds! The king size bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals on the nights that we stayed in! Great location with a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Love the Panhandle

We loved this place! Such cute coastal, nautical, fishy, beachy tropical colored decor. The flowers too. Very comfortable. We loved the beach and sunsets too. It was very easy to explore Apalachicola, Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, Rosemary Beach and Henderson State Park from here. It was my first time in the Panhandle.

Just what we needed…

I try to take my dad to a new town/beach every time we go to Florida for a guys trip. This was the first time he’s asked if we can go back and stay at the same place next time. The house, location, and community is perfect.
