Yearly trip

Robin has made this place feel more like you're staying with family rather than a rental. Beds are super comfortable, everything is clean and the location absolutely can't be beat. This was our second time staying at Sea Shanty and it definitely won't be our last!

Perfect Beach Property and Location

Beautiful home. Absolutely the nicest place we have stayed. The host provided every amenity you could possibly think of. Just steps away from the beach which was awesome and a huge plus for going back and forth. I wish we had made the stay longer.

Amazing!

This is probably the best VRBO I have ever stayed in! The communication of the host from the moment I booked was great, everything about the rental was laid out in specific detail and everything was exactly as described, but better. She even sent me a list of all the restaurants and things to do in the area which for me was great. My wife and I went to a lot of the restaurants she listed and did go to a couple of the nearby shopping places as well and they did not disappoint. The house was so clean and so well put together and decorated. Robin literally thought of everything when she put this rental together and if you forgot something I guarantee she has it. The snacks are a nice touch and she has everything you need for the beach. The owner is obviously gifted in hospitality and does everything in excellence. Rent this Place! You will not be disappointed.

This place was amazing! Very well stocked with everything a person could imagine. Made us feel right at home. Clean and beautiful and right on the beach. Would highly recommend this accommodation. The manager was very nice and answered a question quickly.

Relaxing vacation

The best VRBO we have stayed in. We had everything that we needed. Robin (the owner) sent us an email before our trip including the housebook and things that were nearby the rental. What an amazing condo. Steps to the soft white sandy beach. The three balconies offer great views of the water and sunsets. This condo was well stocked with everything you need. Robin has thought of everything. Snacks coffee toiletries. I’ve never stayed in a place with so many amenities. I can’t wait to return to this amazing place.

Robin far exceeded expectations on being the absolute best host. Prior to arrival Robin sent a house book, along with lists of restaurants, things to do, what's nearby and in surrounding area, which was helpful for planning ahead. We were welcomed by a snack kit on the counter upon arrival. Space is very clean and inviting. Fully stocked with everything you could think of making it extremely helpful if you just want to relax. The accuracy of the description of property was right on, Topnotch! We will definitely be back.

Perfection

This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. Robin thought of everything….i mean anything you need, she has. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal and she had a huge variety of snacks and simple things to cook. There were plenty of extra necessities like toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, etc. The location was perfect. Only about 20 steps to the sand. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely an amazing place!

Robin was by far the best host I have ever had with any stay. Her place was so well thought out. I saw a review that said you could literally come with just your clothes and you would have everything you need and that is so true. It made our stay with 2 kids so much easier as well. Will definitely be revisiting Sea Shanty!

The Sea Shanty was just beautiful! Plenty enough room for the 4 adults in our party and right on the beach. The balconies and porch had such pretty views of the ocean. The unit was very clean and easy to find. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we could ever need, plus more. Mrs. Robin was a great host! She thought of every thing we needed or had forgotten and had it readily available. She was very fast and easy to communicate with, and very helpful with questions about the area, stores, restaurants, etc. We had a great trip and plan on coming back to the Sea Shanty!

A Ten-Star Review

Yes, I would give Sea Shanty, if possible, at least ten stars, and give our host, Robin, the same. Not only is Sea Shanty beautiful, ON the beach, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything one could want or need, Robin was so responsive and amazing, ensuring check-in and checkout were seamless and that anything we wanted or needed was supplied. We shall return as soon as we can!

This was our first time in Mexico Beach. We truly enjoyed our stay, as well as some great food. The condo was amazing, so Beautifully decorated and a perfect location! Robin is a fantastic host and the amenities she provides are like no other! We plan on returning for another visit. It is definitely a 10/10!

Best Vacation

I really don’t know where to start! It so absolutely beautiful, cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in, and so well located. I have been to resorts and many hotels on beaches but none were as close to the water as this one. Literally step out of lowest porch and your ocean front. The biggest thing about the home is how well stocked it is. Robin has not missed thinking of noting to leave for you. You only need to pack your clothes everything is there for your use. We had the seat time and plan to be back. Thank you Robin for the being the best hotels ever. Jill

Fun in the Sun

This was the best place we have stayed on the coast. The host is great and the quality beach gear that is provided was far beyond our expectations. I cannot say enough good things about the location, property, snacks, and amenities on site. Throw some clothes in your vehicle, order some groceries for pick up on the way, and just show up to enjoy. We will return to this spot again and next time, we will leave our beach gear at home.
