Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and had a good size fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Parking was spacious. There were two restaurants close by. The bed was hard and the pillows were old, and lumpy. Housekeeping forgot to leave us bath towels when we needed to shower before checking out. When I called the front desk the person was annoyed she had to bring them to our room, because she had to leave front desk as she needed to watch the guests who were eating breakfast. I guess she didnât have any one to help her in housekeeping.
Receptionist at the front desk helped me beyond what was expected with an emergency situation with my husband who has Lewy body & Parkinsonâs. I am so grateful for her consideration and kindness in assisting me transport him to my vehicle. Could not have done it without her help! Thank you!!!
This hotel is a great place to stay in Port Townsend. The location by the boat dock nearby is fun. The rooms are large and bed was comfortable. It's a little dated but worked great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have
stayed here several times and will continue to do so.
We had everything we needed - the property was very clean. A bit older and it was pretty loud. It was a great location overall and we enjoyed our stay.
This is an ordinary roadside motel presenting itself on Hotels.com another sites as something more. It boasts a waterfront location; that means sandwiched between the highway and a working boat-yard. Nothing scenic or romantic. The room was clean, but basic, certainly not deserving of a premium price. Temperature control in my room was provided by a wall-mounted electric space heater whose thermostat didn't work. Th promised breakfast was worthy of a Motel 6 or Super 8; most of the offerings came straight from Costco. The breakfast room coffee maker didn't work, so no breakfast coffee. Staff was friendy and tried to be helpful, but they were obviously overworked by a penny-pinching management.
