Private individual rents a beautiful apartment with WIFI for 2/4 / or 6 people and up to 6 beds, double crossing, renovated 55 m2, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed on the mountain side, a 140 cm sofa bed in the room living, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and a large garage of 23 m² and about 200 m from the center and shops (5 min walk) on the 2nd floor without elevator, 'a small residence. Possibility of access from the back on the 1st floor to unload luggage.
Composed of a living room with open kitchen very well equipped: dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, plancha, NESPRESSO coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, electric chopper, blender, smoothie, range of knives, adjustable flat screen TV, internet and wifi overlooking a 14 m² Veranda with a table for 6 people, open view of the sea, the port and the mountain.
2 bright bedrooms with 2 double beds 140x190cm (new bedding), a convertible in the living room (140x190cm) AU Calme mountain side. Bathroom with walk-in shower (with shower seat), washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

25 km from the Spanish border, 1.5 hours from the ski slopes (resort: Font-Romeu and les Angles), 2 km from Collioure. Station 10 minutes on foot, bus at 1 euro throughout the department.
