The Palms - Maison et unité

THE PALMS HOUSE & UNIT est un logement parfait pour 2 ou 3 familles, une grande cour fermée, beaucoup d'espace pour le stationnement et votre bateau.

Maison - 3 chambres, peut accueillir 8 personnes - Chambre 1 - Lit queen, Chambre 2 - Lit queen, Chambre 3 - 2 ensembles de lits superposés. Cuisine ouverte avec micro-ondes, salle à manger, coin salon avec TV, DVD, chauffage à combustion lente (BYOwood) et climatisation canalisée. Un deuxiÚme salon / retraite pour enfants avec TV, magnétoscope et vidéos. Salle de bain, lave-linge.

Unité - 3 chambres, peut accueillir 6 personnes - Chambre 1 - Lit queen, Chambre 2 - 1 lit superposé, Chambre 3 - 1 lit superposé, cuisine / salle à manger / salon carrelé ouvert avec micro-ondes, TV et climatiseur. La salle de bain a également une machine à laver.

La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose d'un excellent espace de divertissement extĂ©rieur ombragĂ© avec un barbecue Ă  gaz et un cadre extĂ©rieur. Grand terrain avec pelouse, cour entiĂšrement clĂŽturĂ©e. Installation de nettoyage de pĂȘche. The Palms offre la possibilitĂ© de louer la maison uniquement toute l'annĂ©e, Ă  l'exception des longs week-ends, des vacances scolaires de NoĂ«l / Nouvel An oĂč la maison et l'unitĂ© doivent ĂȘtre louĂ©es, l'unitĂ© n'est pas disponible sans la maison. We are a patchwork group and found the set up great. Very roomy and sufficient room to use our machines. Will recommend this property to other quilters. We are from Adelaide, Port Broughton and Alford.

It was amazing and everything we needed for weekend.Only slight point of improvement is beds need tightening (particularly bunks) you can hear every slight move made buy sleeping people

Immaculate and comfortable Yorke's location

Much better than the photos, this lovely property was wonderfully spacious for our group of 6 friends and was ideal for self catering. Kitchen in the main house had everything, unit also spacious. Yard is great, with outdoor area to enjoy. Exceptional value, would highly recommend.

11 of us (5 adults and 6 children, aged between 18 months and 9 years) stayed for the October long weekend. The Palms was a great place for our 2 families and grandparent to comfortably stay for our family trip. Beds were good, had every kitchen item we could need (cutlery, utensils, crockery, oven trays, sandwich press, etc), laundry stuff and cleaning items. The outdoor space was great for the children to explore and play games on. It was a bit tricky with twin toddlers because there are quite a few nooks to hide in but that's just up to adult supervision. Prior communication was good, explaining that we needed to bring all our own bedding, towels, condiments, etc. Access info was easy to follow and info on the fridge about what to do when leaving was helpful.

Reviewer Comments: We were away for our annual boys weekend to Port Vincent, first time staying at the palms after staying elsewhere in the town, there were 8 of us who went to school together some 40 years ago and remain great friends, we couldn’t fault the property or the property management, location is good as we came over with two boats, we could easily walk to the pub and shops, only a very minor thing was we had trouble with channel 7 on the TV to watch the footy but understandable being in the country, would highly recommend the Palms

Old Farts Footy Trip

Excellent facilities..spacious..ideal for us 8 senior football club members for a weekend away..only issue we have is trying to find individual beds at ground level. Palms sleeps 14 but that's putting 2 in the doubles and using the top bunks but we got by putting 2 matresses on top of each other. Would hire again however.

Fantastic Group Accommodation

This property had plenty of space- we were really happy with the amount of grass for backyard games and sports. Lots of space for cooking and dining, both indoors and outdoors. Lovely neighbours and friendly town to stay in. Thanks.

Perfect fishing base camp for Yorkes
