A pleasant surprise

Nothing fancy, just a clean, updated room. I was very pleased with the parking, and especially the condition of the room. Certainly the best value in the area. Mattress and pillows are firm, but comfortable. Location is convenient to downtown.

No shopping parking lot with no welcoming feeling. Even though it’s a Sonesta allowed no pets. I had to cancel my reservation because I had a dog since when I booked it was supposed to be pet friendly as a Sonesta hotel

I was "upgraded" to a roomy suite. But no refrigerator or microwave in suite and the room was so big the cool air from the air conditioner did not reach the king-sized bed. I slept sidways at the foot of the bed, and that helped.
