I was given a smoking room supposedly due to a room shortage. As I walked in the room a small cockroach crawled behind the pillow on the bed. The room and bed smelt of ashtray and urine. The shower curtains were attached by zip ties. The parking lot smelt like weed and sketchy characters were roaming around well past midnight. I was worried my car would get broken into.

Pool was not open the first night we stayed but was the next night. For a Motel 6, this one is pretty decent. Good Mexican food across the street.

Great place in Porterville.

Management goes above and beyond to ensure repeat guests. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Staff and pool keeps us coming back year after year!

Stayed one night floor was so dirty that if you wipe something off the floor the towel would come out black.. was not swept or mopped or even dusted .. counters has dust bathroom shower looked dirty and felt dirty and room smelled like cigarettes..
