Lovely personalised welcome from Clair who assured us that we could make requests via WhatsApp - this included room service requests. Breakfast was so organised with plenty of choices and the whole team were so attentive to each individual request - even down to providing a wide choice of loose teas / coffees. We had mentioned that it was one of our birthdays whilst we were on holiday and the staff generously left a card and box of chocolates which was a lovely surprise. Clair was really knowledgeable about the area, things to do and such like and made time to check in on everyone during breakfast service. The room was cozy and comfortable with plenty of tea / coffee facilities and Clair advised we could ask for more if we needed it. The housekeeping team topped up supplies daily. Overall was a lovely place to stay with a great team (family) of staff.
