We loved our week long stay here. The apartment was perfect for our family, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. We loved having designated sun loungers by the pool and the pool was the perfect size for our 2 boys to play in. Our only complaint was that it was a little cool but was pleasant once in. The location is great as only a short walk into the centre of Alvor and a short 10 minutes drive down to the beach. The rear of the property has a busy road behind which we were aware of and didn’t bother us as we spent most time around the pool but may be something to bear in mind for others. We also loved having the supermarket so close and having a dedicated parking space under the building to keep the car out of the sun.

Lovely Apartment

Had a lovely stay at the apartment, was so spacious and very clean. Loved the kitchen and everything we needed was provided. Great location close to town and short walk to the beach, a lovely pool and loved the garden area for relaxing if you didn’t want to be at the pool

Great apartment and location

This property is great. It has everything you need for a self catering holiday. There is plenty of room for 4 adults. It is well set up and very close to the pool. The enclosed private garden is an added bonus as well.

Comfortable, well-equipped apartment

we travelled to Alvor with a larger extended family group all staying in Albur village. The apartment was clean and very well-equipped with everything needed for our stay. The location was great, right beside the pool area, with seating both front and back to take full advantage of the sun and a garden at the back which was very popular with the toddler in our party. The only concern I had was that the dishwasher door was broken on one side (which we were warned about) but it did cause a couple of minor injuries. The air conditioning was also not working properly. I did contact the owner during our stay about this but didn’t receive a response. These were minor inconveniences and overall we had a lovely time staying in albur village.

Friends stay in Alvor

The apartment overall was very clean and well equipped. However we did have a small number of issues. There is limescale in the second bathroom which was there having stayed in the apartment in September 2023. The door handle to the master bedroom is loose and needs attention. The lovely outside space-the rear garden-is a great area for the afternoon sun. But it is unusable due to a heavy covering of garden foliage which appears to have fallen from trees and shrubs. Maybe the condominium maintenance department needs to visit. Finally the air con in the apartment doesn’t work properly. We were warned on arrival, however previous guests have commented so obviously it needs fixing. However in spite of the faults it is a beautiful apartment in a great location. And we’re back again in September so hopefully things will have been looked at by then

Excellent location.Supermarket on doorstep.bar 2 minute walk, gentle 10 minute stroll into town. Apartment nice n clean,Paula on hand for any problems. Shame that the A/C wasn’t working in main bedroom.Unable to be repaired whilst we were there.

Really nice and well kept apartment which was good for 4 adults and baby . Situation was good for alvor with beach and bus transport nearby and to most destinations as we were there for 6 weeks with no car which was'nt a problem for exploring . Alan and Anita

We love this rental. 2nd visit. Communication with the Owner Mrs Mace is kind and efficient. Great welcoming attitude by Elsa upon our arrival. The appartement is as described on the listing. Quiet environnement, only 10 minutes walk away from the Village center and it’s 30 plus restaurants. Many great choices. Pingo Doce full grocery store in the complex was great. We prefered to drive 15 minutes away to Praia Do Vau but the local beach is good too.

The unit was immaculate upon arrival. Well equipped in every way. Communication was excellent with our contact person. Elsa was extremely helpful. The attention and care to the outside unit property was most impressive. Lovely apartment

A really lovely, spacious, clean and secure apartment, completely lived up to its description and our expectations. The actual apartment was in the perfect location on the complex, ground floor right by the pool. Really great access to the shops and bars and easy walking distance to the beach too. Have to say how lovely Elsa was, so kind, thoughtful and really looked after us from the moment we arrived. Only one negative, most nights there was constant noise from the apartment above. Highly recommend these apartments and would definitely visit and stay here again. Thank you very much.

Great Apartment

Large spacious apt in a great location, 2 min walk to the main stripe. Everything you need to prepare a meal if you wished. Air con was great as it was needed while we were there. 5 stars, just one negative. There were no allocated sun loungers by the pool so if we wanted one we had to get out early and try to secure a shared one which there are just a few of but it would not turn me off returning.
