For a brand new building, when I was in our bathroom and could hear the person above me using their toilet (multiple times), that’s pretty crazy! The sound proofing clearly was overlooked… no fan in the bathroom made it very loud & echoey.. and could hear people every time they walked down the hall or anywhere above us! The hotel itself and the staff were great, but we were very surprised by how noisy it was! The bed was super comfy though!!

Poor floors and hot water system

Hello, We stayed in room 232. The floors in this room are buckling up. Seems as if there’s has been water damage. You can walk on the laminate floors and feel it squishing up and down. Some parts more than other. The hot water system was not good. We kept running out of hot water. For a hotel advertising luxury my wife and I definitely did not get that feeling.

The lobby and lounge area was a great place to meet up with the family we were visiting and have a drink together and play some pool. I do wish the board game selection was larger and the giant connect four was broken.

Perfect for our needs for our vacation. Very close to old town and plenty of restaurants. Some restaurants walkable--weather dependent. Our bartender Chris was a gem and provided his own curated list of places to see, where to eat, and breweires. It was an invaluable resource! Food for purchase options were convenient for breakfast. Would love to stay here again
