This is our fourth straight June that we have stayed at Best Western Plus Parkway Inn in Wilsonville, OR, and as the previous three years, the staff made our stay memorable. The hotel is embedded in a quiet, woodsy area. Nice! It has a mellow ambiance that I appreciated. The room is clean and spacious! I actually thought the bed was very comfortable, way better than most hotels I’ve stayed in. Includes breakfast which is great - has waffle maker and all! I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. Room was filthy. Crumbs on the tile floor and kitchenette counter. Large orange stain on one of the pillows. My parents also stayed at this hotel and their room was clean. Very uncomfortable bed, way too soft. My husband and I both woke up with back pain. Great location.

Despite of the high ratings on reviews the room I was assigned was not clean with some unpleasant odor The lobby area was much more welcoming, perhaps they are doing remodeling other room???

You can tell its had a recent update . We had to clean pubic hair, and long hairs from tub. Cleaning that outbis when ww realized it wasnt cleaned at all. Where someone would lay there head, heavy conditioning residue was still there!!!! The headboard had filthy visable handprints, blood splatter above headboard. Long grass pieces on carpet that were more than visable as well. Food ran out as well, 1

Wanted to give a big thank you to Marsha who worked in the evening who promptly and effectively contacted the room next to us to have them quiet down at 1am. Thanks to her we were able to get some sleep. Otherwise Property was more run down than expected, smelled like pets and breakfast was disappointing. Best thing about the property were the front desk staff and location.
