Checked in at 8:00pm, Room 344 Air conditioner would cycle on for 5 minutes then off for, what seemed like forever. Maintenance eventually came and like before AC on for five minutes. Front desk apologetic, but no other room available. Eventually fell asleep but awakened at 11:30 No A/C I was hot and and becoming increasingly angry. I was thinking on checking out at 11:30pm. I new I wouldn't get a refund because I reserved the room through Travelocity. Down at the front desk I asked if a fan was available. Martin at the front desk (Who deserves a raise) asked if I would like to change rooms. I ended going to the room right across the hall. Other than the A/C not working this hotel was okay, clean, quiet, right off the highway and reasonably priced.

Location close to the airport was convenient, and very close to the mall and lots of stores/restaurants too. Room was clean, building seemed slightly outdated but overall fine. Staff was very friendly.

Poor sound proof between rooms. Too tidy bathroom and layout of separate water basin located outside of bathroom was inconvenient. Overall confortable stay. Very clean and comfy bedding.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast room was well appointed. The entrance is a bit tricky to find in the dark. Listen to your GPS voice when you're told to turn down a narrow street.

There were no blackout curtains—only fix curtains along the sides of the window. There was a shaded, but it was pretty sheer— provided some privacy from people looking into room from the parking lot right outside the window, but did nothing to block the extremely bright security lights in the parking area and the morning sunlight. The breakfast was ok except they kept running out of coffee, sausage, milk etc. poor planning ande /or paying attention by the staffer. This was the tiniest king room I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was so small that I felt claustrophobic— and that’s even with the sink being in the main part of the bedroom. No towel racks anywhere. Just cheap , barely basic accommodattins, definitely NOT worth the $285 I paid. Never again.

Not the prettiest environs but very clean and pleasant facility. The breakfast buffet looked great but I was running late and unable to partake. Staff members were friendly and courteous.
