Separate master suites, each with custom showers, hand wands, and one with soaking tub. Very desirable exposed brick and vaulted ceilings with skylights in each suite. Black out curtains and skylight shades in each bedroom.

Gas-fired Jotul stove and floor-to-ceiling windows in living room.

Washer/dryer in unit. Individual heating and air conditioning. Easy elevator access to unit on 5th floor.

Very safe and secure. Two security cameras in common hallway by elevator and one security camera at back common exit stairwell. Parking pass for one car included for the lot next door. Leave your car and walk everywhere.
