The overall appearance and condition of the hotel was great. It's well kept and clean. The suite king bed with sofa that we stayed in was huge, plenty of wiggle room, and wheelchair accessible. Either the hotel was no where near fully booked or the guests stayed in their rooms or was out and about. I maybe saw 4 people in the hallways and lobby during two nights weekend stay. My two kids and I pretty much had the swimming pool and hot tub to ourselves during our early evening swim 2 days straight. There was 1 couple that used the hot tub on our first go. The staff is freindly and attentive. Didn't try any beverages or food from the in-house cafe as there are plenty of food within close distance from the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had 2 big smart TV's with Netflix and Youtube as well as other free programs. My only complaint was the response time for both TVs was laggy and would freeze at times which was very frustrating. I guess Enseo brand TV's are not very good. Such a waste! You have a nice room, but the TVs sucked. Even my 10 year old son complainted about it. The room seemed to have a wifi booster, which helped with wifi strength on our cellphones and tablets so that was most excellent. The room had plenty of lights to brighten up the room. Plenty of plugs and USB charging areas which is a plus. Overall, our stay was good. Would have been superb hadn't been for the bad TV expereince. Also parking is not free. How'd I miss this at booking?

The rooms were clean and furnished appropriately. It is what you expect from a Courtyard. The staff was the gem of the visit. We had to change rooms twice at our request and they took care of us. A bunch of great folks who truly look out after their guests. Shout out to Jim, Jackie, Ryan and Shaun for keeping us happy.

The room was clean, but the Carpet needed vacuumed. Carpet in the halls looked dirty or maybe just old, not what we have become accustom to at a Marriott. Then when I tried to find a couple bottles of water for my wife, they tried to charge me $10?? For what is usually complementary at other Hotels.

We liked the property. Close to anything needed. But charged $12 per day for parking fee that should have been included in our stay. I honestly can't believe that parking would not be included with reservations. I'm absolutely blown away. Will not stay here again and will pay closer attention to expectations for this with future hotels. Literally we only had one car.
