The room was spotless, the front desk staff was kind. There was a male housekeeper that wasnt so pleasant. He was watching my kids throughout the stay. They asked him if they could take a picture of the cleaning push cart for a scavenger hunt and he told them no. Then stopped what he was doing and proceeded to lean over the banister to watch them leave. Definitely made it known he wasn't kid friendly. They also ran out of pancakes during breakfast and there was an event going on the same night we stayed and so the cocktail reception line was really long. Overall the stay was still good. Thank you!

Only there for a layover flight. Perfect location to make your flight in time. Love that you schedule a shuttle ride. I wasn’t happy about the bar closing early. I had to rush to put my order in, but there are restaurants nearby. Staff were super friendly. Loved my room, very spacious, great amenities and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

So, I will always give you 5 stars because of your staff. They are awesome! Rooms were very dusty, even the bathroom, bathtub had a ring, sofa in the seating area was not usable (either a broken frame or something else). Housekeeping needs to do better. Room service app didn’t work but they were great at taking my order over the phone and getting it to me expeditiously! Thank you for your great service and I will always choose you when headed out of town.
