Lovely perch from which to engage Portland: a special outdoor city market in the park and some remarkable and unique coffee shops with vastly different social ambience.
We wanted a water view plus be relatively close to stores & restaurants. This place 100% met our expectations. And a pleasant surprise? The heated tile bathroom floor!
Should we ever wish to visit and stay in Portland in the future, this is the place weâll book!
This was a lovely property with beautiful views of the bay. There were two floors of stairs that were required to get into the unit so this is something that you should consider if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, the property was clean and a very good location. The property is also managed by a third party rental company and they were very responsive to questions but do require you to create an account on their website to interact with them. That would be my only major complaint. They were very responsive though.
We had a wonderful time in the cozy 3rd floor apartment. Some views from dining table, bedroom, and bathroom! Convenient location for all we wanted to do and were able to park on the street easily. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets from the park steps away. Next time we'll use the bikes!
Gave us everything we needed for our stay in Portland. Bus stop a block away, walk to downtown in 15 minutes. Lots of restaurants downtown. There was a park at the end of the street that we would walk down to in the afternoons and watch the boats going in and out of the harbor. Canât wait to go back.
This spot is in a great location. Close to the park and easy walking distance to downtown. We took advantage of the two included bikes to get around. Super quiet neighborhood, easy parking on the street just outside the unit. Everything we needed was onsite. The owners were gracious hosts and very responsive. We would stay here again.
Adorable, charming, with everything you need to cook. High-speed Internet was great. Loved the location.
I found communicating with Vacasa to be sub par, they often took several days to respond to questions. The owners themselves were delightful.
Small but quaint place, perfectly suited for two. No laundry on property, which Iâd assumed but isnât listed so should have known better. There are narrow stairs up to the apartment but once there, the view from the small fire escape/landing is beautiful- especially at sunrise. Great location and street parking was always easy to find (in the off season at least!)
We loved the location in this quaint historic neighborhood. Loved that it was quiet, on the water and a beautiful park, yet walking distance to a Fantastic local restaurant and bar. A cozy third floor apartment overlooking the water with old historic charm. We loved staying here. Thank you.
Sunny top floor apartment with a view of Casco Bay. Very clean. Made a comfortable home for our 4 day stay. Less than a mile walk from the Old Port or Washington Ave and only steps away from the Eastern Promenade and trail in a lovely residential neighborhood. We brought our bikes but the hosts have provided 2 bikes - and helmets- you can use. We plan to return.
Absolutely loved the hsitoric neighborhood and cute little apartment. Enjoyed the walking distance to the park by the coast and the food trucks were perfect. Fun area, lots of history and things to do. Wanted to do laundry but was unable to make contact with owners to know what needed to be done. The rest was great.
We came to Portland for a few days on our east coast vacation. The location of this spot is beautiful! Seeing the sun rise over the coast was amazing. We also enjoyed the quaintness of this spot. The bedroom and bathroom were very nice and we slept well. We would suggest having coffee on hand as we did not prepare for this and didnât want to buy any for our short stay. We also had an issue with the tv and we were unable to reach the hosts to figure that out. One last recommendation would be to have a check out a little later as we had to bring our luggage with us as we were walking around. Overall very nice stay and so happy with this location.
This lovely apartment is in the best location! We were able to walk everywhere, and the bikes were an added bonus. Highly recommend taking the bikes to Peaks Island. Itâs a great property in a great town, will definitely go back in the future!
My wife and I stayed here as part of our 10year anniversary getaway. The apartment was super cute and had everything we needed. The place was as described and we would certainly stay here again. Thank you!
Perfect property for 2 people. Very clean. As advertised - walk up three flights and on street parking. Had no trouble finding parking. A very lovely residential neighborhood close to downtown. We walked to town our first day but depending on where you're going you can take your car - plenty of parking lots in downtown Portland.
This is our second stay in this apartment and it is ideal. The views are lovely in both summer and winter and we enjoyed the cozy fireplace during our winter vacation. Love staying on the quiet third floor. The rooms are large and well appointed offering all you need to enjoy breakfast and other meals in. John, our host, is always accommodating and cheerful. Hope to come and stay again.
Amazing location and a very sweet apartment. The balcony is really a fire escape, but the rest of the photos and description are accurate. Lovely and helpful hosts. The location could not be better. Beautiful neighborhood, close to a few good places to eat and to get coffee and an easy walk to many sights.
