I’ve been coming to this hotel for years but now I’m considering going elsewhere in the future because it is simply getting too expensive to stay here. Parking at the garage next door used to be comped, and valet was not $45/day. Breakfast used to be complimentary and is now $14 a person. They used to give out complimentary cocktail coupons for the bar, too.

Arrived at 4pm, check time was 3pm and we let them know we’d be checking in between 3 and 4. Reserved king bed not ready and wouldn’t be until 5. Offered a double queen in a cramped room. Request check-in early and it cost you $50, room ready 2 hours late nothing.
