Breakfast was convenient. For the room itself the kitchen was pretty outdated but everything worked. Very nice TV and charging port. Safe and lots of parking. Upon checking in the age minimum is 21 and the attendant was sarcastic about some questions I had. I had been on the road driving for 27 hours to this location and didn’t need rude clarification on the date when I asked. I was clearly tired. Overall for the price for 3 nights was a little steep.

The room was neat, however there wasn't any bedding for the sleeper sofa, and we had to get it from the front desk. I only really encountered one problem moment...the first morning, after my child spilled chips on the floor, I had told the morning desk person (a polite young lady) that we did not require any services other than have someone take out the garbage (which was neatly put in bags and tied) and fresh towels as we had used all of them the previous night. I had also,, asked to use a vacuum yet did not need it right away. we were out until about 8pm and upon our return, the garbage and towels were where I left them. I went to the desk and informed them and asked for a vacuum. I was told that the desk folks could not enter the maids rooms to give me the vacuum, nor did they have a room. after a bit of persuading I finally got a broom without a dust pan. I was trying to keep our area clean, and the push back was annoying. also one of the mornings, about 8:30 (breakfast till 9) the food was gone, minimal left, and when I asked the gal informed me that it was all done, and she wasn't going to make any more, and she continued to put all the food away.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years. Unfortunately my last few stays there are always broken things as the bathroom sink leaking water, the tub won't seal for baths so it leaks out water, the toilet was not cleaned well, the hallway and stair carpets aren't vaccuumed and on a recent stay when someone called in sick with housekeeping noone else put out basics as cereal or oatmeal or unlocked the yogurt, milk,... I learned they have made budget cuts and it is showing. Sad since I have always liked this hotel in the past. Time for some TLC and spending money for basic upkeep.
