Love the place so spotless people are wonderful helpful rooms have icemakers in them which I use a lot of ice and I love the room with the recliner because I have to sleep in a recliner. I don't sleep in a bed.! always booked there first if I can

I would say this is the cleanest hotel room I ever been in. Staffs are friendly and they have free coffee and hot water 24hrs available. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my future visits.

The room was very clean, but we were there for 4 days and never saw any cleaning staff, room was never refreshed during our stay. We had to ask for more coffee and garbage bags at the front desk. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, lots of homeless and garbage all around the block around the building, typical of all of portland , but we were hoping for better since we were outside of down town.

As I pulled the covers back to get in the bed I noticed a pee smell. After some investigating I found a huge, dried, pee stain on the mattress cover. I requested a new room and none were available. I had to go down to the front desk to get new linens and change the bed myself. Staff didn't even apologize.
