We had such a great time this weekend. The breakfast was amazing. The Manager cocktail hour was fun and having some soup was very comforting. Parking felt safe because of the fencing and gates. Room was clean and had shampoo, conditioner and soap available.

We had an amazing time staying at the Oxford Suites. Ana that works the front desk Customer Service is impeccable, she was very welcoming, she made our check fast and easy and explained everything the hotel offered in detail. The complimentary breakfast was the one of the best I’ve ever had, the staff was awesome and friendly, the room is clean and very comfortable. Our experience here was nothing but amazing. My family and I will always stay there when we are visiting Portland.

The property in itself was average (rooms/bathrooms etc). There was an overwhelming smell of food, I wish they provide some ventilation to remove odor. BUT, the service was excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful. And the freebies were extraordinary compared to other hotels in the area. We got a ticket for one free drink in the evening. There was free coffee and fresh baked bread and fresh soup for evening snack. The breakfast in the morning was also made from scratch (and not recooked frozen food or food made from mixes). Pancakes were fresh and so was everything (roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, sausage). Omlettes were being made-to-order. And there was free parking (which does not seem to be the norm in PDX). All in all, this was a great stay. Would highly recommend.

The elevator in the lobby was broken so we had to walk all the way to the back to go up. I completed the speedy mobile check-in, but still had to wait in line for 20 minutes to check in again (what was the point?). The parking area behind the secuity gate was completely full, so we had to park in the unsecure area even though we had paid for it. The Falcon Privacy lock in our room was defective and did not lock. Hotel itself feels very outdated. Simply, I feel like there are plenty of other options.

Felt really welcoming during check in and they explained tickets for a complimentary beverage and appetizer and morning breakfast. Great for families and lots of amenities. Pool. Sauna, and hot tub. Safe parking and close to the city. A historical location and the hotel added to that.
