Was put in small room with 2 double beds. Not what I booked. Staff did not ask at check in. Luckily we were moved after seeing our room. We moved to room with king bed on same fly which was s lot nicer room. Staff was helpful if you asked questions, but were not forthcoming with information.

Location is great!

Very nice place to stay. Perfectly located to the center of the action in town. Beware the weekend noise on the street side of the building however.

I couldn’t rave about this hotel enough. The hotel is in the perfect location to easily access all of old port and beyond. We had a family medical emergency requiring us to stay a few extra days. Everyone at the hotel was the absolute best in helping us with making arrangements and making the best of our additional days. Would 100% book a stay here again whenever I’m back in Portland.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk upgraded us to the governor’s suite, which was fabulous. The Armory Lounge in the hotel has great ambience, cocktails, and food. Maddie our server and bartender was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.
